About the topic. I really don't care how they kill it. I would be a hypocrite to say that I care and then eat my burger without the slightest notion of how it came to be. The thing is, cows are only on this earth to feed my belly. I really don't care (and sure as fuck don't want to see) what happens to the cow before it made into burger patties. Cows are delicious so keep it comin'.

That folks, is animal torture. I grew up on a farm/ranch and have spent a fair time around livestock. That is not how the beef you get from the store is treated. As a matter of fact, if I had to guess, I would say that video might have come from as propaganda from a pro-vegitarian group. Its at least a possibility anyways. Every livestock animal I have ever seen killed is with a bullet in the head from close range. Painless. They die instantly. Their throat is then cut to let them bleed out. It is actually about as humane as possible.
