If you could create the "perfect" NBA Live, using the best features of every Live that you've played, how would you do it?
You can use the following, and more if you would like to.
Dunks
Create a player
Passing
Regular tempo
Dynasty
Crossovers
Post up game
Cut scenes
Alleyoops
You can mention any additional features that you would want to see.

From the top of my memory, I'd say......
Dunks - Live 03
Create a player - Live 03
Passing - Live 06 (freestyle superstar)
Tempo - Live 05 or 06
Dynasty - Live 06 or 07 (haven't really played 07 to see how it really is)
Crossovers - Live 05-06
Post up - Live 04
Cut scenes - Live 01
Alleyoops - Live 98!!!
Additional features:
2 on 2 and 3 on 3 from Live 98 on Genesis
Rookie import from 04...but needs to be improved a LOOOOOOOOOOOT

Interesting idea...
Edit. I'll redo mine a little differently:
NBA Live 99 : Practice court
NBA Live 2000 : Player expressions, body proportions (big men look big comparing to smaller guys), lay-ups, the best street court ever, real-time scoreboards, ability to shoot on both baskets in practice mode
NBA Live 2001 : Texture sizes, camera angles, face import feature, instant replays, whole replay mode, user interface (dropdown menus), ability to have either 2D or 3D portraits, realistic dunks, shot blocking, ball physics, three team 15 player trades, dynasty length
NBA Live 2003 : Player running speed, whole player control; the feel and reaction, freestyle moves, layups, dunks, beach court, music, some of the atmosphere, jump shot animation and quickness, whole custom art feature, fast break logic, create a player deepness, announcers, free throw camera angles
NBA Live 2004 : Stadiums, sliders, some good dunk animations, pretty ok gameplay, alley oop system, dynasty cut scenes, commentary
NBA Live 2005 : Post moves and pro hop system, NBA Store
NBA Live 06 : -
NBA Live 07 : Cyberfaces, arena sounds, alpha layers (sweat), dunk contest & the all-star weekend, parts of dynasty, espn stuff from 360

On the first one : Ugh, you serious? Ball physics in Live 07 are horrible, it's like playing with a balloon.
On the last one :

LOL....I'd actually pick the instant replay from 96-97 on Genesis, back when they would let you see replays before timeouts, and especially buzzer beaters! It may have been the same on PS1, I don't remember...but I remember being able to see like 15 seconds on Genesis replays, and watching buzzer beaters over and over. It sucks that they don't even show an instant replay after 0.0 seconds, and they definitely won't let you see it on your own.
But speaking of that....I remember the 07 commercial with Adam Morrison showed him barely standing on the three point line, and they kept rewinding it and showing him hit the buzzer beater....can you really watch them on 07, or was that just for the commercial?

you can watch them in 07, but not to that extent as in the commercials
I meant passing animations, for the game physics I'd say go back to w/e we had in March Madness 2003. Realistic bounces, no passing through players ect.
