reebok pump system

i just bought the shoes atr pump torch and i dont know how does the pump system work.. do i have to just squeeze the little basketball? and what do i need to do to "dispump" the air chamber?

these questions look kinda stupid, but please someone answer me..

wow you bought shoes and you dont know how to use them. K well from what I know, theres pumps where you just keep squeezing the air ball/bubble, and you can hear it getting pumped. Then theres this other pump system, like Iversons, where you just turn this round switch-like thing to on, and then every step you take automatically pumps the shoe.

I used to have those, there should be a valve on the side of the shoe, looks like a button.

Yea I had the oldest pump of the new line, the pumps broke after a couple of months... so much for that luxury.
