So what's your plans for New Years Eve ?

Since New Years Eve is about three days away, wonder what all ya got planned for that day ?

As for me, they're a few things going on but haven't yet decided.
Maybe have a party with the family and friends. partying all night, gambling, drinking, that kinda stuff.

But to all ya, have a safe and good New Years.

Party Party Party then go for another swim.

Stay home and eat a lot of snacks. Watch fireworks on TV

Watch the fireworks and the ball drop on Times Square then pass out after 5 minutes.

I'm thinking about actually going to times square with a couple friends this new years eve.

I have no intention of getting drunk and passing out like half the underage suburban wankers here. I'll probably do nothing out the ordinary, maybe catch a movie with friends or something, or eat out. Haven't decided yet.

If I get invited to a party like last year, I will probably attend it. If not, I will just stay home and have a few drinks and watch a movie.

Planning to head out to Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods Casino with a bunch of friends.

I'm gonna have one of those big family dinners since it's my birthday on New Years. I hate those dinners but there's nothing I can do.
I'm probably gonna eat a shitload of stuff like every other year.

I'm going to the Vikings/Rams game in the afternoon with some friends of mine. After that, we're going to Buffalo Wild Wings and have a snack. After that, I'll probably go home and watch a movie or something along those lines. I'll probably go visit my mother and hang out with her.

Fun shit.

Probably sleep thrugh it since I got work at 7 on new year's day.

getting drunk with my mother as far as i'm aware....god how lame am i?

I'm definately partying, most likely getting wicked drunk before the ball drops at midnight and the night will most likely end up with me passed out because one of my drunk friends will beat my ass as usual when i do something stupid. But it's all worth it becuase in the morning everythings a blur and were all cool.

Might i raise a question...this may be the wrong thread for it. But why drink to the point of not remembering? doesnt that defeat the purpose? *shrugs* maybe its just me but i like to remember what i've done with my life, even if i was drunk. Just curious.

Same as sam, party wit my family and friends and watch da ball drop. Times [] be to packed to go live, and then to stand around maybe 2-3 hrs tryin to find a spot ![].[]! =P

Well the purpose isn't to not remember anything, but after like 5 or 6 shots you don't really contemplate the idea of not remembering anything and then you continue to drink until you pass out and wake up not remembering anything and having great laughs when your friends tell you what you did while you were drunk.

Well the purpse isn't to not remember anything, but after like 5 or 6 shots you don't really contemplate the idea of not remembering anything and then you continue to frink until you pass out and wake up not remembering anything and having great laughs when your friends tell you what you did while you were drunk.

When you get older and/or more mature, you'll realize how stupid that series of sentences actually sounds. Not a knock on you. Most of us have been there.

I mean yeah it happens to the best of us on accident, and maybe its because i'm such a lightweight...but i have NEVER been unaware of what was going on while wasted and i've never blacked out. I heard some people dont though....*shrugs* maybe its just me...alright moving on...
