I'd go with Britney having the most ugly one, followed by Paris's infected one and then Lohan's freckled one. Britney's is overstretched from childbaring, Paris' pussy has had half the world in it...Lohan's could be just as bad, but she's got tits to make up for it. Paris doesn't (not hot at all) and Britney's...I don't think I need say more.
