Rainbow Six: Vegas

Has anyone got it yet? I heard it was supposed to be released yesterday and I went to blockbuster but they said they'll get it on the 24th. Anyway, I've been playing the sh!t out of the demo on Xbox Live.

I never really liked FPS's but I wanna try to get into other games so I don't seem like a weirdo that plays sports games all the time. The only other FPS's I've played are Wolfenstein and the James Bond games on PS2. Anyway, RB6 is pretty addictive online, you can have up to 16 playing at one time.

The graphics in the demo are mediocre, it looks like it could pass as a regular XBox game but I heard in the final version the graphics are much more polished. People over at OS were saying it may be game of the year, possibly a little better than Gears of War.

i went to the store today to check it out and they had it there... i was gonna get it but i didnt have nba 2k7 yet and i looked at it and it looked me back.. i had to take it... but i might be getting it sometime in a near future.. the demo is pretty cool..

Yup...it is certainly something I'll have to think about picking up, too. Of course, I'm still the only loser who owns a 360 that does not have Gears of War yet. There are a lot of games I haven't gotten yet. I still need to get Oblivion, Gears of War, Call of Duty 3 and NBA 2K7. You should see the list I have for my PSP. Holy hell...if I didn't have a job I would be screwed.

I don't have NBA 2k7 and GOW yet either. Poor as a bum at the moment. Once the money starts rolling in I'm going to get the above 2 plus COD3 and R6: Vegas. Vegas looks amazing and I've read some very nice things about it.

I'm waiting for the PC version. FPS games are just horrendous with a controller - I don't know how anyone can aim in Halo.

Meh...this game is a let down to me after gears of war. It looks like counter strike on drugs on the graphics front. Overall seems too much of a "been there done that" for my liking. However, i can see why everyone else likes it.

Interesting, I've been waiting to see a negative response about it from someone, and I haven't even really heard one negative thing.

What about it don't you like, other then the graphics. I know the graphics aren't the best that the 360 has produced, but they really do fal under the category of good enough for me. I really can't complain about the graphics.

I'm not saying the game isn't good..it's just a matter of personal preference. Games like call of duty 3 are good..but im tired of playing WWII and i'm tired of counter strike type modern tactical shooters with no real story. Call me jaded.

the game is amazing! I bought gears of war...didnt rlly like it...then I bought this and wow!
