The 76ers went in to the fouth quarter, with a big lead.
The sixers just had to seal the win. The Raptors won the fourth by 7,
but that wasn't nearly enough. Player of the game was Kevin Ollie.

Iverson was completely too much for Denver, scoring 47 points.

The fourth quarter was a high scoring quarter. Iverson scored, Carmelo right back. Soon, Sixers got ahead by 6 and the game was over.

Allen Iveron scored 18 points in the fourth to help 76ers gain a 5-1 record. Kyle Korver scored 23. (4/5 behind the arc.)
The bench scored only 13 points.

From Denver, Carmelo Anthony scored 37 points, grabbed 9 rebounds and
dished out 6 assists.

Big problem was defensive rebounds. Kenyon Matin grabbed 7 offensive rebounds.

Double-Trouble - Allen and Lewis were a big part of the Sixers season's first "big" loss.

First half was vey sad for the Sixers, the game was out of reach. Lewis, Allen and Watson dropped three pointers in the fourth.

Sixers had a terrible shooting percentage, 29.6 %! Mean while Sonics had 46.6 % percent.

Allen Iverson had 30 points, Dalembert had 15 and Korver had 14 points.

Allen and Lewis combined 43 Pts, Lewis also pulled down 9 rebounds.

Playing without injured Ridnour, watson played his position well. 10 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists.

Playing without injured Marion Phoenix struggled offensivly Marks only
scored 5 points.

Steve Nash went on the bench in the fourth to foul troble.

Starting 4th, behind by 2, Sixers started to score. In the inpound pass, Igoudala stole the ball and slammed it down.
Game was point by point, till sixers capped of a 10-2 run. Then Clippers started to foul.
The ball was always given to Iverson. 12/12 FT's in the fourth quarter helped Sixers win again.

For the Sixers, fourth quarter was terrible. Pistons satarted to run, with 1 minute played in the fourth.
Billups capped of it with a three pointer. The run was 13-2! Iverson scored 4 points in a row,
but then Prince scored a three pointer with two Sixers dedenders on him.

Detroit is at the moment 1st in the league with it's record. (Now 9-2.)

It's happened often. Sometimes : no shots attempted at all, but still one free throw.
