No, I have seen it in a lot of topics now. My post has been put between two people's posts and they posted before me.

Yup. The Forum script must be stuffing up or something. Better ask Andrew to email PHPBB

This has been happening multiple times to me today.

Looks like we've had some issues. I'm not sure what happened there because this is the first time I've been able to get onto the Forums in over 24 hours; I've had a pretty painful earache since Thursday and after putting up with it at work yesterday I wasn't feeling up to any site work in the evening. I haven't noticed anything so far but I'll check into it.
