Yea I know,
http://media.ps2.ign.com/media/792/792369/vids_1.html , that is honestly the only current gen stuff I've seen.
Also here's the features list for Current-gen. Pretty dissapointing compared to next-gen. I was really looking forward to the improved post play, maybe they still have it to a lesser degree, but it's not on the current gen features list.
XBox & Playstation®2:
My NBA - Plays more like the real NBA than ever before with new player and team tendencies, updated camera perspectives and new animations.
Real NBA Coaching - Take control of the floor with improved coach settings, new team playbooks and on-the-fly substitutions.
Soundtrack - A Tribe Called Quest, Mos Def, Fabolous, E40, and many others. Production by Dan the Automator.
The Association™ - Take total control of the deepest franchise mode in the business now with multiplayer franchise, 3 team trading, progressive fatigue, and season awards races.
2K Sports Online Play - Go head-to-head and compete in leagues and tournaments against the best players on the planet.
V.I.P. System™ - After your game, save your friends’ profiles to compete when they’re not available! Learn their tendencies, moves, & logic for more heated battles. Get the upper hand in an online tournaments by downloading other players’ VIP profiles.
BTW even in those current gen videos, look how much more active the crowd is, they're on their feet clapping with their hands up. But besides that the gameplay looks almost identicle. The intro video is EXACTLY the same as last year, and some of the commentary is right from 2k6 too. I wasn't expecting a totally new game, but I thought at least they could record some new intro videos. I'm already tired of hearing "If you love the killer crossover the spin move and all the shake and bakes, this is the game to watch" from 2k6. But I guess it's still worth the money, 24/7 mode is out, which is good, that makes more room for something better, cause it sucked last year anyways. 3 team trades, multi player association, updated rosters, team tendencies, and a new game menu is definately worth 30 bucks.
