What player is due for a breakout season next year?

Postby nBaMaN05 on Fri Jul 25, 2003 12:34 am

Personally, I think that Ginobili is going to have a very good 2nd season. He played really good in the playoffs for the Spurs and he's bound to do the same next year. He's a pretty good all-around player, the only thing he needs to work on is his perimeter shooting. Once he does that, he's going to score 12-15 easily.

Also, going by all these summer pro leagues, Ricky Davis has been putting up high numbers also.

wen it comes to who is due for a break out season Tim Thomas desperately needs it and has been due for one for a while. Now the bucks r basically his team and he better produce. His former teammates said he is as good as Kobe and T-mac but he wasnt getting the playing time. Now he has all of the playing time and needs to show wat he can do or show that he cant do it

As for a player that needs a break out season A.Walker is in need of one to up his value, he especially needs to play good wen he plays Kenyon Martin.

Not to say it hasnt happened but i think kobe is going to feed off of all of this negative crap and have a career year.

Also rafer alston needs to prove himself even more because it seams the league doesnt know about him.

i'd like to see the russian rocket kirilenko have a breakout year. but with harpring on the team playing the same position as him, he might not get the opportunity to. unless one of them becomes a PF or SG, which is unlikely

I think that Eddy Curry, Tyson Chandler, and Marcus Fizer are due for great seasons

ya, definately Chandler, think he is the best of them.

is he on a team again? which one?
Also, going by all these summer pro leagues, Ricky Davis has been putting up high numbers also.

how much can he go? 25 ppg, 5 more? Is he even playing in the summer L? I thought he wasn't, thats cool, what r his stats there like?
As for my player I think Michael Redd will break out with him and thomas and and OH YA!! and also another break out man in Desmond running the show.
how do i make a fancy signature?

Hedo might get a chance to break out with the spurs if he can beat Bowen to get the starting nod. (Y)

He was on the raptors last season but hasn't been signed by anyone yet this off-season.

If Ty Lue can keep his starting spot in Orlando....I think he can have a career year- unless T-mac scores a hell lot...

Hopefully Kwame Brown can do real well...He's due for one!

Crawford might not get as much playing time with the addition of Pippen unless Paxson runs 3 guard a forward and center because of Hinrich.

If Crawford can beat out Hinrich for the PG job, then Crawford will be a force for the Bulls.

EDDIE GRIFFIN!!!!

Im really hoping he has a improved season.
also it would be good to see the new millenium twin towers breakout(Eddy Curry and Tyson Chandler) of course D-Miles, and also i think that Nene will have an improved one.

Unlike last year, there is no competition for the starting PG. Pax has already stated that Crawford will be the starting PG.

After another strong finish to a regular season- Curry, Chandler, and Crawford are all due for breakout seasons.
