Westcoast hood films

anybody know any hood movies set in south central such as the friday series, menace ii society and boyz n the hood. obviously these are the most well known but anybody know of any more?

any scripts on the internet of these types of films on the internet are welcome. also any documentaries about the westcoast rap scene are welcome to be mentioned.

Maybe its just me but the words West Coast and Hood just dont fit with films.

Very good L.A. movie. A must see.

u know of any movies though similar to menace or boyz n the hood since dont be a menace is a spoof movie and dalling down isnt like a gangsta movie.

You could try Snitch'd. This movie terribly sucks, and I watched it twice just because it is so bad. But it has a lot of Latin hood issues in it, and is good for a laugh.

I love Boyz N the Hood.. Thats is one of my favorite movies. I also like Above the Rim, but Boyz N the Hood is a great movie.

Above The Rim is corny as hell, but yeah Boyz N The Hood is probably the best one.

Boyz N the Hood is the best west coast hood film I can think of... one of my favs. Only documentary I can think of is "Tupac Ressurection", but most people here have probably seen it.

LMAO. I'm officially done with this thread...

Man, you don't know shit. Almost everybody in Israel is liable to military service, and I received a letter from the Secret Service and they offered me, instead of making 2.5 years of army, studying 4 years at the University of Haifa and then working 5 years for them. It's like a contract, and I think I will agree, because the employees there have some pretty high salaries. Oh, and of course I won't have to pay for the university, and the job after the university is guaranteed.

You're not very conspicuous, not to mention the fact that you're telling us you're going to be working with the secret service, which sort of defeats the purpose of the "secret" part.

I bet you he will renig on his statement and hope we all will eventually forget he ever mentioned that.
