The Brand one isn't bad,but I really don't like the text.It blends in to much.

One of your better works but I have a few suggestions.
1. Put a shadow on EB. Not a drop shadow, but an actual shadow, somewhere on the ground.
2. Make the text stand out more.
3. Facial features on Brand arent noticeable. Partly due to the lighting and partly due to the size of the pic.
