No Vegas dynasty? :(

Well, looks good anyway. I came in a bit late for your Jazz dynasty, I'll be sure and keep up with this one.

About that Vegas team: I think I'm going to wait until NBA Live 07 comes about but who knows I may finish that patch sometime in the next month or so.

Denver Downs the Magic in Overtime
Marcus Camby's two made free-throws with 1.4 seconds left sent the
game into overtime where it was Carmelo Anthony's time to shine
as he scored ten of Denver's fifteen points in the extra period.
Orlando's Morris Peterson's shot at the buzzer came up
just short as Denver went on to win 108-107.

Orlando Falls Victim to Clippers
Orlando, looking to get their very first win of the season,
headed to L.A. to faceoff with the Clippers. Los Angeles
Power Forward Elton Brand and Orlando's Dwight
Howard dominated for much of the game. In the
final minutes of the fourth quarter Orlando
couldn't get anything to fall as L.A. came
out with the victory 110-105.

Your screen look awesome, two hard losses and the 2nd one you wrote Denver falls short ;)

I dont like this trade, like everybody I dont like Mike James, Morrison is ok, but you give up a lil bit too much imo

Wed Jun 07, 2006 7:58 pm

Yeah im not that big a fan of James, altho hes a good player to have on your fantasy team
Tough loss to the clippers

Thanks. Yeah, two close games that went down to the wire. Thanks for pointing out the mistake - fixed. :)

Morrison? I think you meant Mo-Pete.

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of James but he can shoot the ball pretty well and he's pretty quick. I run Mike James alongside Keyon Dooling and Trevor Ariza and they really get the fast break going.

I really didn't give up too much. I predict Grant Hill will go down with an injury sooner or later and Deshawn Stevenson isn't all that great of a two-guard. Also, getting rid of Grant Hill's massive contract put me well under the salary cap so now, if needed, I can sign a free agent later in the season or wait and sign a free agent after this season ends. Hehe, Ben Wallace and Dwight Howard would make great teammates.

Magic Outduel Wizards in Home Opener
In a home season opener, it did not look good for the home team Orlando Magic.
They shot under 35 percent from the field af halftime and found themselves
down big early. Morris Peterson and Dwight Howard combined for
twenty-five points in third quarter to give Orlando their first lead
of the night. With help from Trevor Ariza off the bench Orlando
kept the lead throughout the fourth quarter and cruised to
their first win of the season 115-107 over the Wizards.

Trade would be good, but why James? You now have 3 PG at the bench.
