Utah Catches Fire in Win Over the Suns
On a night where Shawn Marion scored 22 first-half points, it looked like the
Jazz might lose their first game. Utah shot just 35% from the field through two
quarters of play while Phoenix shot over 40%. The Jazz were just four points
down at the half thanks to some strong bench scoring from C.J. Miles who
has given the Jazz instant energy off the bench when they've need it the most.

The second half was all all Utah who shot 65% from the field in the second
half. Phoenix struggled to hold on to the ball as the Jazz played some great
defense. Morris Peterson was held under 20 points for the first time
this season scoring 19 points but dished out 9 assists in the Jazz win.

Why is Donta Smith there ?
I think you got mixed up with Joe Johnson and instead put Donta there.
Good stuff man.
I like how you presentated it.

This is THE best dynasty I've seen all year. Keep it up.

Killer game by JJ. 3 board and 3 assists away from a triple-double.

Utah Maintains Winning Streak
Emeka Okafor and the Charlotte Bobcats had a first quarter explosion
as they started the second quarter with a 32-24 lead. Utah answered
back in the second quarter with a 12-2 run to start out. Andrei
Kirilenko
pushed the ball upcourt with his two steals and three blocks
in the quarter. Going into the half, the Bobcats lost their lead as the
Jazz scored 35 points in the second quarter to give them a 59-54 lead.

Both teams swapped the lead several times in the third and fourth
quarter. The Jazz lead by just three with two minutes left in the
game. Brevin Knight's three-point attempt hit right iron and
Deron Williams got the rebound and was sent to the
free-throw line for two after Charlotte picked up the foul. Deron
hit both free throws. Andrei Kirilenko went four-for-four
from the free-throw line to close the game out.

AK is a machine :P

Fri Apr 28, 2006 4:25 pm

Yeah AK is playing great all round ball on both ends of the court, do you try to get those stats with him? Or he just ends up with them?

Typically, I just use him when I need to step up the pressure on the defensive end. So, in this case, he had a big second and fourth quarter because I had a very small lead throughout those quarters. I usually just switch to whomever is the closest to the ball, though. ;)

Thanks for the comments everyone, good to have some support. :) I'm wondering, should I modify Andrew's gameplay sliders to make the games a little more close or do you think my winning luck will run out soon? At times I think Andrew's sliders are a bit too easy for me. I think I might just run with them for a bit and see how it goes but I'd like to get some feedback. Thanks.

Short, sweet, and gorgeous. Nice simple layout but it works wonderfully.

Nice crisp pics.

10/10. (Y)

edit: I might suggest making it a bit tougher if you're not having much of a struggle.
