Tell me about your favourite TV series. What you like about them, what your favourite characters, quotes and plots are. I wanna see if there are popular shows I've never even heard about in other countries. Or even countries I have never heard of...
I especially like the king of queens. I love the idea of Arthur living in Doug and Carries' basement. He might even be my favourite fictional character of all time. Jerry Stiller does such a great job. He's hilarious!

But the cast is one of the best in sitcom history anyway. So, tell me your faves.

I was gonna bring a topic up about a show called 'Thank God You're Here'.. I fucking love this show... it's an australian comedy show in a studio audience.. along the same kind of lines as the show 'whose line is it anyway'... I can't stop laughing through Frank Woodly's performances... and that never happens for me... he's just such a funny fucker.
Love,
Nick

Dear Nick,
Why are we starting the letter phase again?

hm, Thank god you're here is the biggest rip off of Whose line is it anyway, just with actual props.
the dudes off Whose Line is it Anyways dont need a huge fucking scene to make comedy. Australians are funny, but they're not hilarious enough to be comedians -_-

It's sort of a thriller/action based on a main character. The show runs episode by episode following his journey of trying to break out. He plans everything from the start, but discovers many different obstacles along the way.hm, Thank god you're here is the biggest rip off of Whose line is it anyway, just with actual props.
I guess when i first saw it, i wasn't expecting big things, and i laughed my head off. So now i love it.Australians are funny, but they're not hilarious enough to be comedians -_-

It doesn't really matter where you're born. You're either funny or you're not.

Tell me you've watched Rove Live or Skithouse without laughing. Once.
Thu Apr 20, 2006 12:14 am
Rove Live is about as funny as watching a puppy being killed with a nail gun.
Thank God You're Here is pretty good but I have a feeling it'll fizzle out. Most Australian shows suck, Ronny Johns Half Hour is pretty bad apart from Chopper and the fat wog, both of which are absolute genius.
My favourite show is Smallville... I download episodes religiously, I know every character development and storying + I've seen every episode. Bit freaky but I love it, then again I've always been into Superman related things.
Funniest show I've ever watched ... hmm, probably between The Office, Friday Night with Jonothan Ross or They Think It's All Over... The Office speaks for itself, the UK version that is, so funny in a subtle way... Friday Night with Jonothan Ross is what Rove Live would be if he was remotely funny and They Think It's All Over is a brilliant sports quiz show, which Jonothan Ross was a panelist actually... but that was hilarious too.

So I need to get it every week. Naruto, too. Anime counts, right?
