South Park question, related to stem cell report!! help!!

Ok, you remember the episode of South Park where Cartman finds the fetuses in the back of a truck? Well... at the end he clones a Pizza store.... was he using stem cells? or what?

he was using Stem Cells.
Stem cells are blank cells, which take the characters of whatever cells they are areound.
Cartman got the idea that if he put a bunch of Stem Cells next to a Shakeys Pizza they would make themselves into another Shakeys Pizza and he was right
