Not bad. I like the jersey switch, and the pic is perfect for it. I'd slow down the animation, though. It's simple, but I like it.

Animations just suck, period. That's just my personal opinion, and yes, it's too fast.

It looks scary to be honest. Too much red, poor image choices. Try to play with more contrast and colors. The composition looks very nice, though.

Jersey switches are fine, there's no problem with that. The Rasheed one is neat, I like the patterns in the background, but rule of thumb: never stretch or distort images. It's simple and effective, but you should add a third color for more visual interest.

Yeah, the switches are good... except on the Rasheed switch, the jersey is 'magically' hovering above his right shoulder...

Looks good for a beginner. Just experiment... there really is no other way to get better than to work with the program and look up tutorials.
