^^I never said that Lebron can't dunk. He can jump just as high as VC and anyone else in the league. But VC got more hangtime and creativity. I think there is no secret that Lebrons lacks creativity. Thats why he don't want to participate in the dunk contest.
Yes, I saw that reverse. It was at or just above rim level. But not the highest he can be.
The one time that I saw Ziani went above the rim was when he wore a fro on his head and pull himself up after he dunk.
I'm telling you, if Bekkering makes it into the league one day....he is winning that dunk contest!

If all you care about is who wins the dunk contest, then go hibernate until February and leave us alone. You can't state as a fact that someone is a better dunker than someone else, it's just the way you interpret them. If you really think Vince is a better dunker, fine, so be it. Leave us alone.

In that reverse windmill LeBron did, he took off from the dotted line and still had his head above the rim.

What
What does "But not the highest he can be" have to do with supporting your argument at all?

VC's winmill, he took off from 2 feet inside the foulline and in an ally oop situation, and still get his above the rim!
What aguement? am I dissing Bron right now? I don't think so.

I just call him Wookie, fuck all that bullshit. I think it's chewbacca. Understanding his points is equivalent to understanding Chewbacca.

Ironically I just beat the Kashyyk(?) level in Battlefront 2. I always manage to accidently kill Wookies, they get in the way.

I saw a dunk of Demetrius 'Hook' Mitchell, a 5'9 guy who dunked like a madman. Well, for this dunk he jumps over a cabriolet for a basic one-handed slam. For a guy over 6'2 who can dunk - how hard can it be? That car isn't that wide and you don't have to get particulary high, you just have to flex your legs. I won't try it, though. What if I am wrong and I'd kill myself trying

?
On topic: Dunks of a 5'9 guy
are more impressive than those of one standing at 6'6. That said, Iguodala's behind the backboard dunk was better than anything Nate did/could do. And I also don't like that bias towards short people - creativness is a huge part of defining how good a dunk is, and shorter people simple don't have the psychical ability to
create dunks. Of course, if Nate and Iguodala are both doing 360s, I'm going with Nate. But if the short one is doing a 'normal' dunk and the big guy is doing something new, I'm going with the latter.

Like I said, then how come he can't get his head above the rim? But shorter dunker logically does have a higher virtical than taller dunkers, but 56" and still can't get his head above the rim?

You mean Košarka? That magazine is (was) a joke and most of those numbers are complete myths.

Yeah i mean Košarka.I know that magazine was i joke(main reason why they ran out off busines).
But actually the dunk heights are true because it was sent to them by fan mail.Atleast i hope they are true.

Yeah, that makes them really legitimate.

I'm just writing the thing that says in the magazine.Maybe there are true maybe not.I didn't make the article.
Sun Mar 19, 2006 6:01 am
Like you said, it wasn't an article - it was a fan letter. An in their last issue they also made a piece on dunkers, which was pure crap. The only numbers I do trust are those from predraft camp.
Sun Mar 19, 2006 7:11 am
This height numbers from dunkers where in the fan mail section.
Don't remind me off that shit in the last issue, that was plain terrible. They said that Shaq is a better dunker than VC,because off his monster jams.
And this magazine was expensive (for a magazine) but you get shit out off it.
I was only buyin this magazine, because there were ''good'' pictures and i could read something when i was bored.
Sun Mar 19, 2006 12:04 pm
You think that's a shit magazine? The new basketball magazine we have in Australia, called "handle" and suspiciously looks alot like SLAM has an editorial about Kobe in the latest issue in which the editor calls himself "the biggest Kobe hater out there" and said "Kobe would never grace the pages of handle". May aswell hire an Asian to do a monthly Yao piece.

Does getting the head above the rim means that much?
