Heat Comback In 4th But Lose To Hawks
Image99Image107
Hawks Boxscore Heat Boxscore

1st Quarter-The first quarter started off a little shacky. Within 1 minute of the quarter still no team scored. But then, fouls started to come in. Almost every other possetion for the teams a foul was called. And the silly part was on the Hawks side they where nailing them but as for the Heat....well lets just say they did average. AK 47 in his first quarter as a Heat did prety good who got a couple of snuffs(blocks) and some rebounds. Dwayne Wade go tin some foul trouble, at the end of the quarter he had 3 fouls! Salim stoudamire was the leading score with11 points. Both couches seemed pleased witht e results of the first quarter.
Quarter Analysis

2nd Quarter-Theres no other way to explaine this quarter but just WOW. The HEat got shut the mother Fuck outta here! It first started off with a bunch of other fouls. Then, "amazingly" the hawks just made a huge run to put them up by 10. No player at all on the Heat even tried, except maybe the exception of Zo. On the Hawks side, Tony Delk racked up 9 points and a pair of assits. The rebounds have really hurt the Hawk. They gotta get more O rebounds, and more second chance points. Thats the exact reason why the Hawks are winning. Neat the end of the quarter AK47 put up 2 three pointers but both of them just didnt work out so well.

Stats

3rd Quarter-Well, here we are again folks. The Heat are pretty much out of this game. Even worse, AK47 has 5 fouls and the 4th quarter didnt even start yet. The reboundsa re the story, After Shaq left the reboudns have just not been the same. But lets look at the blcoks. The Hawks have a fair numbe rof them but the Heats Kirilenko and Mourning have just been monsters. Al Harrington is showing great contribution for this game who leads the game in rebounds. Three point land for the HEat just plain sucks, but for the Hawks they arent doing so bad. Lastly, The bench needs to step up and maybe just try to get back in the game.
Quarter Analysis

4th Quarter-Oh my god! This quarter was like no other. The Hawks went on a 15-2 run in the first 3 minutes of the quarter. Antoine Walker just did super and made many free throws and shots. The Heats were actually up by 2 once but then after it started to fall downhill.Al Harrington in the final minute grabbed 3 very important rebounds witch clutched the W for the Hawks. Zo mourning had 4 blocks in the quarter witch really helped out big time. But the big argumen tis Andrie. He fould out with 2 minutes left inthe game. Everybody is wondering what would of happend if the coach just kept him on the bench and put him in at the end. Well All in All close game.
Quarter Analysis

Alonzo Mourning-
Doing very well on the Heat even though he is getting a little older. HIs rebounds and blocks have really brought back the team if we are behind.

Mehmed Okur- Since he just got traded I cant give you such an acurate evaluation but he is doing very well. He is averaging 15.3 which is third on the team. He is also a very fair rebounder.

Andre Kirilenko-
He didnt do as good as everyone thought he would do on the first game but didnt do so bad. I think he could do a little better on the points side of the game but his defense is perfect!

Dwyane Wade-The superstar of the team is a solid all around player. I just have one con, since he is pretty tall I think he deserves to get atleast 5 rebounds per game but none the less nothing else is wrong.

Jason Williams-
I love this man! He can everything! First of all his points are jsut phenominal and won the first game for us. His assits also play a big part, hes like a Steve Nash of this year. Haha. Has the potentential to make the all-star team.

Head Coach-Not much of a huge trade here but not such a tuny one. Luther Head is a great rookie whocan be a potential star in the future. And Glover, well he aint to much of a player but maybe with a little more practise he can make the starting 12. Shandon Anderson is a veteren player who is not bad. He was harder to let go but for the price of Head it was worth it! Matt Walsh is an undrafted rookie who only played one game for the HEat and didnt really "spark" things up fo for the team. Lastly, I will will give a full review after the players play one, maybe two games for the Heat.

4th Quarter Intervention Loss To Celtics
Image95Image97
Heat Boxscore Celtics Boxscore

Summary-"The game was close since I started to play. Both teams got alot of offensive rebounds and tons of second chance points. Antoine Walker who started as 6th man did wonderful and achieved a double double along with Andre Kirilenko. Walker snagged 6 rebounds in the 4th(two of them were offensive)and gave us 5 second chance points. Toward the end of the quarter Andre Kirilenko nailed a needed three pointer to make the Heat only down by one. Then with 5.7 seconds to go the Celtics inbounded to Ricky Davis, he then got intentional fouled. He went to the line and nailed both. The heat were down by 2 and with .8 second AK47 took a jump shot three pointer but it was no good. The Heat lost to the Celtics 95-97 but put up a great battle."
