Minnesota suffers big loss to Charlotte Bobcats
1st Quarter Highlights
Z. Jones - 12 pts, 2 rebs, 5 assists
S. May - 8 pts, 3 rebs
M. Ely - 3 pts, 1 reb, 1 assist
E. Okafor - 6 pts, 1 reb, 1 blk
R. Miller - 17 pts, 2 assists
2nd Quarter
Beginning of the 2nd quarter was awful for the Bobcats, helping the T'Wolves take the lead with 8:16 left in the quarter. The score was 62-58. The seconf quarter ended with the Bobcats barely leading 94-92. Gerald Wallace had a better quarter being the Player At The Half with 15 points, along with Sam Cassell with 37 points.
3rd Quarter
The quarter went good for both team's for a while, Bobcats eventully took the lead. S. May was having a pretty good game with 18 points, 6 rebounfs, and 4 assists. He was eventully fouled out.
4th Quarter
Emeka Okafor, with a great game, was fouled out with 27 points, 9 rebs, 4 assists, 4 blocks, 4 steals, and 2 to's. The 4th quarter was amazing for the Bobcats as they pulled out a season win 215-177 againtest the T'Wolves. They also broke the NBA record of 186 points set by the Pistons. One of the worst teams in the NBA and they did a great job for their first game.
