It died down after that guy said he didn't want to do weed anymore. Honestly , I just stumbled upon this thread now.

Since I'm probably too late to interfere with the 15 year old I would probably suggest you hold off weed until college. As the old south park quote goes : "What I tell you kids? There's a time for drugs and it's called college."

But on a serious note I have never taken any illegal drugs (except for alcohol). I've never tried weed even though I was offered weed because I was a student and I didn't feel like having my grades go down. I do know people who have been honor students and smoked weed so I don't know...I have more of a problem with cigarettes than weed , seeing that one is a "cancer stick".

Growing up in Jamaica I was surrounded by alot of weed as it was easily accessible. I have smoked my fair share but once I was so out of it that I thought I was about to die so I gave up on it. I couldnt advise anyone not to smoke it because I have before but all I can say is that nothing good comes from it. I have seen it destroy many people's lives.

Now I resort to a loosey every now and then.
