There is nothing wrong with buying "paper", just go down to a local convenience store and just ask them for Zig Zags. Guessing you live in Toronto, there is a 90% chance that the convenience store would be owned by a Chinese and he wont know any English so he wont ask you any questions.

I wouldn't use just any paper. There are a lot of toxic chemicals in paper, esp if you ingest or in this case inhale it. I believe mercury is just one of the many... also, there are many dyes and bleaches. If you want to escape from reality, there are many other more healthy ways. Get laid or something.
