Are you saying you want the Patriots to suffocate?

I doubt anyone ever died by playing in Denver's thin air... But there is some discomfort involved. :|

 I get his post now. The game is in Denver and he wants the thin air to effect the Patriots. For a second there, I thought he meant he actually wanted the Patriots to struggle breathing...as in suffocating.

It's fun watching flyballs in baseball games played at Coors, though... They actually fly!

D-Weed (thanks Riot), I think it's time you lay off the marijuana, it stops you from thinking clearly.

On second thought ...

If witty retorts were money you'd be living out of a cardboard box.

I hope the Broncos handle the Patriots next game. I'm kinda getting tired of them.

I do, actually. Only thing is, it has a pool to go with it. No complaints here.

A puddle a pool is not.

Sat Jan 14, 2006 8:16 am

....um ok

Anyway- It feels like forever since the Bears and Colts played a meaningful game. About 24hrs until the 2nd round starts :)

Are they going to start Grossman? :?:

Sat Jan 14, 2006 9:04 am

lol yes. was there even a doubt he wasn't? :?

Sat Jan 14, 2006 9:20 am

I don't know. The starting QB of the Bears is not really a hot topic here in Eastern Europe.

Sat Jan 14, 2006 9:26 am

if you had actually taken the time to read the posts in this thread, you wouldn't have had to asked

you should try it- it can be helpful

Not many people even know the rules of football in eastern europe.

Hehe, they still call it 'rugby' here.

Sat Jan 14, 2006 10:04 am

you should have just read the thread before you asked the Grossman question, dweaver. It is a common practice done in the forums and is encouraged

the snide comments aren't necessary

yes, that was my point all along. I'm glad you agree. (Y)

Sat Jan 14, 2006 10:18 am

there weren't any snide comments made by me. if you think otherwise, i hope it's cleared up now

it's just unfortunate you have to resort to those comments to get your point across. it doesn't add anything to the discussion, is immature, and is discouraged

anyway- i hope in the future you will keep these tips in mind (Y)

Oh, ok, thanks Gord for answering my initial question. Oh, Rex will start after all... Good, I like simple, straight answers with no unecessary blabbing.

I hope you will prove as cooperative in the future. (Y)

Remember i am biased as a colts fan

Pit @ Indy
Indy Wins (young quarterbacks losing trend continues)
NE @ Den
Den wins (Den is hungry for a shot at the colts in the Dome after being bounced there the last 2 years)

Car @ Chi
Car wins (once again young quarterbacks trend is followed)

Was @ Sea (Shaun Alexander Nuff said)
AFC Championship
Den @ Indy
Den wins (Manning blows it again and Den wants the win @ indy to make up for past problems)

NFC Championship
Car @ Sea (once again Shaun Alexander)

Super Bowl
Den VS Sea

Shaun Alexander is hurt so do the same predictions apply? Can a Seahawks team without Shaun Alexander win its first playoff game since 1984 (lol) and make the super bowl?
