I have a cellphone because I'm a mindless droid who enjoys downloading ringtones and playing 3D mini golf.

My sis dropped hers in the toilet. The screens fucked. 23rd November she gets a new one.

I believe it can still work. You just have to dry it out completely. Seriously.

I dropped mine in the toilet last week too. It still works but none of the keys work. Time for a new one, but I'm poor. Anybody know of a good plan other than virgin mobile. I had a virgin mobile prepaid and the money rolls over automatically, but it has to be "topped up" $20 every three months. Anyway, I'd like a good inexpensive phone preferably with a color screen.

I have a cell phone because my mom got me one . She says the reason she got it was because she needed to reach me if I was out playing basketball or at a friends house .And at the time she got me the cell phone we didn't have a house phone, and we weren't going to have one for like 1-2 months . It was basically neccessary at the time , now its just convinient.

That's basically why we didn't feel the need to take a housephone. First of all the costs you have to pay compared to a cell phone package is like 35 to 25. (Housephone = 35 & cell = 25). Another plus point is that if I surpass my 350 minutes, I pay extra, so I'm always...well, cheap with my minutes. Because I know I have to pay a lot if I surpass that.

With a housephone, the tendancy to keep on yapping is bigger than with a cellphone I feel.

To whomever said "we're rich bastards", sorry to disappoint, but the w800i goes for a price of €400 (something like that), but I only payed €0.01 cent. Got to love package deals.

There was an ugly ass Nokia with a TV + Surround sound, but given we already have that, I chose for the nice phone.

I felt it & worked it around when I was searching for a phone & it felt quite large. That's the only reason I didn't get it.

Are you talking about thickness or the surface? The surface is pretty big, even when compared to my phone which is considered "bulky".
