I just did this yesterday, all I had to do was copy the link from another site.

I don't think it changes for other users, I'm really not certain about this given I've never tried it or witnessed it first hand.

Usually you'll have to download Wincustomize to use most of the skins, you can either just "unload" the "blinds"/ skins or just uninstall Windows Blinds totally.

Installing a bootscreen is not that difficult if I recall correctly, I have the NASA World Lights one for mine.

For the bootskin, you've got to download the program first, install it & then download one of the bootskins. Then just import it using the Bootskin Program. Not too difficult.

Do you need SP2 to use WB5? Because I dont have SP2 (I dont update my comp so it remains fast) and i tried WB5 it didn't work, I mean the skins didnt take effect.

That I don't know, read the requirments of WB5.

Btw, getting SP2 would be a wise idea. Unless you're running an illegal copies of windows. In this case, that's also solve-able.
