What is Cheating? (The girls and guys kind)

Ok ive got a situation im in right now and I want to know if its cheating or not. Aight, Im single riht now and me and an ex have been talking alot the last few months. We worked out most of our differences and now we're probably best friends.

But this is the situation, we have been hanging out ALOT lately (3 times this week). So she's going out with this guy whose a total bag of douche (I call him BOD so thats what he'll be in the story) and i really have never liked him. He's a band guy listens to classic rock and is really loud and such, you know what kind of guy im talking about. So they've been going out maybe 2 weeks and before that she was really coming on to me and I was thinking she wanted to get back together. So i went along with and I've reeally started to like her.

But the thing is shes with the BOD. But the cheating part is this. The last 2 days me and jer have hung out. On wednesday we went to the mall with another couple, as friends. And they were kinda all over eachother so we kept our distanse and looked for christmas presents. Then my friend who was with us had to go to the church to do somthing with drums practicing for Christmas so we went there we were walking around cuz the church was empty and my firend was hanging all over me holding hands and stuff. We were like that all night she had my coat on and all that too.

The yesterday we hung out again. First we wnet to the mall again then we went to the ice cream place and shared an icecream, then we went to someones house and watched anmd movie and she was a cuddly and stuff there like holding hands and putting her head on my shoulder. ?Then when we left there we were going to take me home and we were throwing snow at eachother and were all touchy again.

Its not like i've fucked her or anything but is all this interaction and countless flirting and stuff considered cheating? Her BOD has no idea about it and he would prolly get mega pissed if he found out. I made a bet about how long her and him would last which im guessing wont last long but she found out about it and hated me, then we worked it out and were back to this, we will prolly go out when this is over but am I starting a fire by doing all this stuff? I love her to death and shes my favorite person to hang with, I dunoo, if you have any advice throw it out there please, but what do you think cheating is?

And if you want to get back with her, than ask her if she wants to, and tell her not to tell anybody that you asked her. IF she says yes, then take her back, and kinda have a quet relationship, what I mean is let nobody know for atleast 3 weeks so her current boyfriend won't suspect anything.
