have you guys seen Dave Chappelle - For What It's Worth ?
It's alright, the best is where he says how he went to Disneyworld and everyone kept running up to him and going "oh!!! Rick JAmes BITCH!"

"You don't fuck monkeys and people. Once you make the decision to go monkey, there ain't no coming back. It's not like 'I'll get some monkey pussy on Tuesday and I'll call Charlene on Thursday.' It don't work like that."
"Naw man, I'm a stay home...and chill with my monkey."
"Sugar, water, and of course...purple."
"And they gave me my own teepee and everything. Some of y'all might think that's nice, but I thought it was a little fucked up. 'Cause they all had houses."

ROCKY LAPORTE..sooo underrated. He's the best thing I've seen on "Comedy Central Presents..." since Dane Cook. Which isn't very long but I watch a lot of CCP.

Jerry Seinfeld. The only reason I watched his series was just to see the stand-up parts that were inserted in the show.
Eddie Murphy is also excellent.
but for the Ultimate Stand-Up Comedian..

My favourite by far is Lewis Black, because not only is he hilarious, he's also really smart and has good ideas.
Steven Wright and Mitch Hedberg have some good stuff. Unfortunately with Hedberg there were more misses than hits.
Bill Cosby, Eddie Murphy, Richard Pryor and Chris Rock are/were all great, which is why Chapelle has had so much material to steal and tried to make his own, and thats why I don't like him.
Robin Williams, George Carlin and to a lesser extent, Sam Kinison have some good stuff, but they rely too much on their vulgarity to get laughs.
Some newer ones I really like are Jim Breuer (formailly of SNL), Dane Cook and Jim Gaffigan, but they can get too repetitive at times.
So my top 5 would probably be as follows
1) Lewis Black
2) Jerry Seinfeld
3) David Cross
4) Bill Cosby
5) Jim Breuer

Celebration time! My mom got me tickets to see Brent Butt live for my birthday. I think that makes him my favourite now.

yeah Lewis Black is a funny guy.
Bill Maher is hilariouis but not a lot of people like him because hes very anti-Bush and all that stuff.
But he makes a lot of good points, and hes funny doing it
