My biggest hate online is the "ok" reply. You can type anything and if the other person just says "ok" that's it, conversation is dead.

I hate it when they ask you a question, then while you're replying, they quickly change the subject. Then you're forced to erase everything you wrote and start talking about this new topic. Why ask a question when you don't want a response? Geez, waste of time...
