Richard Pryor and Eddie Murphy.

The rest are miles behind.

My favourites comedians are Jim Carrey and Eddie Murphy.

Wed Dec 14, 2005 9:20 pm

Yes, I forgot about Carey. A hysterical specimen of man, if you ask me...

Wed Dec 14, 2005 10:57 pm

Carrey's a fine comedian indeed, I love most of his movies especially the early ones. I haven't seen much of his standup act though so I can't really comment on it.

Wed Dec 14, 2005 11:13 pm

Richard Pryor , Pablo Francisco , Dane Cook

I had actually never seen any of Pryor's stand-up being too young to remember any of it. Comedy Central actually replayed "I ain't dead yet" last night so I was able to watch the first few minutes of it...absolutely hilarious. RIP

I also had the chance to see Ralphie May and Pablo Francisco live here at Virginia Tech. Unfortunately I was a dumbass and thought the standup was on wednesday when it was actually on another day , so I missed out on what was supposed to be some funny stuff. :(

Mitch Hedberg and Jerry Seinfield

Jerry Seinfeld for sure. I've been a fan for a while and really relate to his comedy.

Thu Dec 15, 2005 8:51 am

Dane Cook
Dave Chapelle
Lewis Black (I think)
Carlos Mencia
Russell Peters

Dane Cook is problably my favorite because I've been listening to some of his CD's lately, but obviously Chapelle is close.

Jim Carey's okay, I guess ...

I like Brent Butt, good ol' Canadian humour. Also some guy I saw who told the entire Star Wars story through sound-effects. He has weird lips. I'll find a pic of him to show you.

Corner Gas is fantastic. And I remember the Star Wars dude from Just For Laughs.

Yeah, Corner Gas kicks ass (I wonder if cy and Legend like it?). I have Season 1 on DVD, it's hilarious. I remembered another one too: Colin Mochrie

I've never seen Colin Mochrie do stand-up, must be hilarious.
