PSP question

hey guys i just bougt a psp and gta. it said i needed to update the software.how would i go about linking my memory stick dou to my pc in the least expensive way.i tryed to use a usb but the pc wasnt reading it for some reason.

The update is supposedly just a ploy to get you to stop playing emulated games. I would recommend you don't update it.
