Other video games, TV shows, movies, general chit-chat...this is an all-purpose off-topic board where you can talk about anything that doesn't have its own dedicated section.

Well , I was seeing the banned list and that theirs alot of people banned . I was wondering if you can speak out against a banning . And if you do appeal your own banning , you go to the NLSC court where you posts your arguments and such . And then their is the mod that wants to ban him and the guy who is appealing his ban .Then their is a jury that decides whether the guy should get banned or he is innocent.

Innocent of what? They're banned for a reason. They fucked up.

to be honest, they can already appeal it. There's been a fair few emails to either Andrew or myself disputing the bans, and in some cases I have un-banned them. I don't really see why their arguments should be made public. As we saw with COOLmac, he broke numerous rules but because people liked him (God knows why) they kicked up a fuss about it. I don't really like the idea.
Noob prison on the other hand...

Sorry, not a fan of that idea because it's almost making the whole thing a game. The admin/moderator system is in place for a reason, and anyone who wants to appeal a ban can. If they have a case, we might reverse the decision after everyone comes to an understanding. That doesn't happen very often, but usually if someone's been banned it's for a very good reason.
