nets win game 1...sad but true...yet they did play at home...so it's not that disapointing...plus, not alot of point diffrence...

i think in order for the celts to win is to sag on jason kidd, richard jefferson, kenyon martin coz this three doesn't make their jumpshots consistently.

Yes and the key to beating the lakers is to keep Shaq and Kobe below 10 points combined.

Nets now lead the series 3-0, after a 94-76 victory in Boston. The usual problems from the Celtics - Walker shot 6/17 (but had 15 rebounds), Battie played in only 18 minutes, and apart from Walker, Pierce and Delk, no one really helped out on offense (Bremer, Blount and Williams each played 20 minutes, scoring a combined 9 points on 3/14 shooting).

Still, there haven't been any sweeps so far this year, and usually whenever someone mentions the word, Game 4 goes to the team that is down 0-3.

Can someone wake up Antoine Walker he's sleeping :D definitely Walker has been terrible in the series and he cannot help Paul Pierce who is doing it all along.

Well, the Nets made the sweep official. Tough loss for Boston, not only to be swept but to be swept after leading late in the fourth, then managing to take it to double OT. Nice stat line for Walker despite fouling out, but apart from Eric Williams, there was little help from the bench offensively. Battie and McCarty were fairly quiet as well.

Perhaps we'll see some changes to the Celtics this offseason. They should look to develop a better inside game. I think Vin Baker was expected to do that this year, but we all know how that turned out.

double OT....scary...

well...too bad for Boston...but they didn't have a chance really....

well...the nets will not go to the Finals again....the Sixers (hopefully) or even the Pistons would have to guarantee that...
