Well actually I don't know at all what it is because I got the game monday and it worked greatly but now I don't know what happened, plus I didn't install patches... just few jerseys. I don't think it's the roster either... I'm currently playing Live 2005 until I understand the problem, maybe I'll change the game for another copy... Don't know yet. Thanks for the support...

Quick duel between two MVPs

PHILADELPHIA Oct 12 (TICKER) -- 2001. Allen Iverson of the 76ers receive the Most Valuable Player Trophy, leading the league in scoring (31.1 ppg) and steals (2.51 spg). 2002. Tim Duncan is the NBA's MVP with 25.5 ppg, 12.7 rpg. 2003. Tim Duncan is once again the NBA's MVP with 23.3 ppg, 12.9 rpg.
The difference : Iverson has never won any NBA Champions Title, Duncan has won it 3 times.

Iverson's leadership is exceptional, combining high-scoring abilities and a superb court vision as he averaged 7.9 apg last year, and as always, a MVP-candidate.
Duncan makes regular performances as he is always over 20 ppg and over 10 rpg at the end of a season. His scoring ability will be necessary tonight to win this game.
Tony Parker's speed will help to pass Philadelphia's defense with multiple penetrations and great passes.

Probable starters :

Philadelphia 76ers :

C - Steven Hunter
PF - Michael Bradley
SF - Kyle Korver
SG - Andre Iguodala
PG - Allen Iverson

San Antonio Spurs :

C - Rasho Nesterovic
PF - Tim Duncan
SF - Bruce Bowen
SG - Michael Finley
PG - Tony Parker

screw the spurs. they play dirty. Has ginobili killed anybody yet? Your dynasty's unrealistic unless that fag argentinan injures at least 3 people per season.

 Whatever you don't like the Spurs, I don't care at all... Try to do a dynasty and do it as realistic as possible and then we all could see your huge performance, man, I'm proud to say I try to do a good dynasty for people who enjoy reading dynasties. After that, I don't care what people say, if it's bad then it's bad, if it's good it makes me continue it again and again. Hopefully you'll understand it, I am not against the fact you don't like the Spurs, don't worry.

PS : no flame please, if you want, then do it with a PM.

San Antonio 92, Philadelphia 113
Poor defensive pressure makes Spurs lose

PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 12 (Ticker) -- The poor defensive pressure was helpful for AI and co to win over the Spurs, with a huge 15-35 during the 3rd quarter.

Steven Hunter was the key player during this game, combining 10pts, 11reb with 5 blocks, with a 5-5 from the field, as the Sixers won this game.

The main factor has been the boards as you can see on the game stats.

All-Star guard Allen Iverson scored 9 points, added 4 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals because he had to leave the floor early because of a foul trouble.

Michael Bradley got an arm injury early but he returned back as well as Chris Webber.

Duncan and Parker were San Antonio's scorers with 25 and 23 points. Duncan added 8 rebounds and Parker 7 assists.

Good luck in your next game. You really need Nazr, Manu and Finley to stand up and be counted next game!

Hehe it's just the beginning. :P Remember of my Live 2005 dynasty ? I was 0-3 and I had a 4-3 at the end. :D

Thanks, I have some problems playing with Manu as I can't get him right, scoring as he usually does, but Parker and Duncan are ok. Finley is a great player to play with, especially associated with Van Exel.

Power Forward position

SAN ANTONIO Oct 13 (TICKER) -- 2 great power forwards will face tonight as the 1st one, Tim Duncan is a powerful player, and the 2nd one, Antawn Jamison, is a great power forward, but he can play everywhere.

With 2 losses during this preseason, the Spurs have to answer with a victory at the SBC Center, to earn confidence to win the next games. Washington will start with a classic Starting 5, with just a little change, Chucky Atkins will start at Point Guard, to replace All-Star Gilbert Arenas. Chucky Atkins came from Los Angeles to Washington with Caron Butler, traded by Kwame Brown and Laron Profit.

San Antonio will get Ginobili back on the Starting 5. The Spurs will have to change the shooting problems, because their FG percent is awful, as well as the 3pt FG. They'll have to dominate the boards too.

Probable starters :

Washington Wizards :

C - Brendan Haywood
PF - Antawn Jamison
SF - Caron Butler
SG - Jarvis Hayes
PG - Chucky Atkins

San Antonio Spurs :

C - Rasho Nesterovic
PF - Tim Duncan
SF - Bruce Bowen
SG - Manu Ginobili
PG - Tony Parker

Washington 101, San Antonio 97
Wizards Slide Past Defending Champs

SAN ANTONIO, Oct. 13 (Ticker) -- Washington Wizards coach Eddie Jordan will be presented with an interesting dilemma when he decides who will flank All-Star point guard Gilbert Arenas in the starting backcourt.

Jarvis Hayes scored 18 points and newcomer Caron Butler chipped in with 14 and four rebounds to lead the Wizards to a 101-97 preseason triumph over the San Antonio Spurs at the SBC Center.

Washington's sixth man last season, Hayes will compete to fill the void left by departed free agent Larry Hughes - who inked a five-year, $60 million deal with Cleveland in the offseason.

Butler, who also has a chance to start at small forward, joined the Wizards in the offseason in a blockbuster deal with the Lakers.

The 10th overall selection in the 2002 draft, Butler joined his third team in three seasons when Washington acquired the 6-7 swingman along with reserve guard Chucky Atkins from the Lakers for former No. 1 selection Kwame Brown and forward Laron Profit.

Antonio Daniels, who signed a five-year, $30 million deal in the offseason, added 2 points and only one assist for the Wizards. The 6-4 Daniels, who netted 13 points in Washington's 116-94 loss to Cleveland on Monday, also will battle for a starting spot in the Wizards' backcourt.

Point guard Tony Parker dished 10 points and Tim Duncan scored 22 rebounds for the defending champion Spurs. Shooting guard Manu Ginobili added 21 points and 5 steals.

Sean Marks and Jawad Williams activated

Gregg Popovich announced he'll activate Sean Marks and Jawad Williams for the 2 next games, he'll put Udrih and Mohammed on Injured List to give Marks and Williams their chance to get their place into the Active Roster.
Sean Marks felt happy about this as he said "I'm proud to be back, and I'll do my best to get the last place." Jawad Williams is the new comer, so it'll be hard, but he'll work a lot, he said.
To train his roster, Gregg Popovich has to switch between few players, but Michael Finley and Nick Van Exel arrived so there aren't too much places.

Thu Dec 01, 2005 9:55 pm

Yay, Marks is gonna play and can you tell me a bit about Jawad Williams?

And tough loss against the Wizards, Haywood is the fashizzle, shouldn't have Duncan stopped him?

Thanks finally someone posted a comment.
Well, I don't know really Jawad Williams, I just see he was in San Antonio's roster for a moment but San Antonio recently waived him. I just wanted to try playing with him...

You can get infos about him there : http://www.nba.com/playerfile/jawad_williams/index.html

He averaged 4.7 points and 1.7 rebounds in 16.3 minutes per contest. (in the reality)

Actually, Duncan was busy about Jamison but Nesterovic stopped Haywood a few times but it wasn't sufficient. :(
