Damn I was rooting for Team Webber as well. I think with Philly's current situation, you shouldn't be putting those two against each other. Nice recap of the game and I enjoyed the short interview with Mo. Good luck against the Pistons.

SIXERS UNITE AGAIN TO TOPPLE PISTONS IN OVERTIME
Image
MAGIC-Good evening. In the first game after the Team Webber vs. Team Iverson game the sixers evidently learned a lot on how to rally back when they're down and most importantly, how to play as a team. Over to Marv.

Thanks Magic. Here's tonights highlights.

1ST QUARTER
Just like in the training game, Iverson's opposition took an early lead but this time Iverson playing with a much better team failed to make an early comeback to steal back the game. The Sixers didn't make much of a threat the whole period and ended up down,40-27 to the Pistons.

2ND QUARTER
This quarter was much of the same. The sixers were forcing shots and turning the ball over when it was ompletely unnecesary. Any small bursts were quickly stopped by Big Ben who added 4 blocks in this period alone.

3RD QUARTER
Again, much of the same. Mo Cheeks was sitting at the sideline with his head in his hands feeling ashamed that it was pissoble for his rebuilding sixers to play so bad. Something had to be done soon as they were downyet again, 90-67.

4TH QUARTER
It was as predictable as a Hollywood Movie and it was actually pretty much like a Hollywood Movie in this quarter. Explosive. Fantastic. Heart Pumping and Hair Raising. Of course, we're talking about the Sixers comeback, once agian led by Iverson but with the help of the entire team. The 76ers were making a steady comeback but it wasn't good enough with ime running out quickly the sixers exploded with 3:00 minutes left. Going on a 18-0 run to end the quarter, including a 3 from half court by AI to force overtime with 0.2 seconds left on the clock. At the end of regulation the score was 110-110

OVERTIME
This quarter made me proud to be a Philadelphia native. The Sixer's defence was better than the Piston's had ever been for these 5 minutes. The Pistons DID NOT SCORE AT ALL. After AI2 fouled out in the 1st minute of overtime AI moved to the 2 position allowing Arroyo to play point guard and Nailon replaced Iggy. This was a great move as Nailon played some of the best defence in his life adding a career high 6 blocks and 4 steals to his stats and AI, Arroyo and Nailon drowned the Pistons in 3's to win the game 127-110.

BARKLEY- Damn that just makes me proud to have my jersey retired for that team. Outstanding.

KENNY- Yeah and another outstanding thing concernign the Sixer's is this breaking news just in. Sixer's GM Billy Knight is to give up position of GM and is to change to scout. leaving the Sixer's GM position open for any candidate. You heard it here first. More news soon.

MAGIC- Hey folks here's the latest news around the league.

KENNY-The Celtics strengthen up their frontcourt signing Forward James Thomas, beat the Sixers to him. It's likely the Sixers Will trade for him soon.
BARKLEY- It would help if they had a GM though
KENNY-I'm getting to that  In other news sixers GM Billy Knight, as we all know, has quit and taken up the job as a college scout leaving the GM job open. The job however has now been taken up by the one and only Dr.J. That's right folks, Julius Erving ,whos #6 is retired for the sixers, played for the Sixers for 11 seasons from 1976-1987 has taken up the job of Gm and ALSO special assistant coach. Less than 2 hours later last night, another Sixer's legend, Moses Malone signed as another assistant coach.
BARKLEY- Have they just completely forgot about me??
MAGIC- Damn those 2 guys were amazing. Great guys.

is your game on the hardest level? Cuz if you're winning by 50 points, make it harder...

MAGIC- Hey folks your watching Inside the NBA and heres the latest news around the league.
KENNY- That's right Magic here a quick rundown of all the transactions so far.

The Golden State Warriors have filled the void of Small Forward on their bench by signing an ex-sixer Kendrick Brown. Brown brings a much needed 3 point shooter who works great under pressure and is above par on the defensive end.

BARKLEY- Some nice signings there lets hope they do well with there new teams
MAGIC- Thats all good there but lets see whos really shining so far this season.
KENNY- Yeah the story on evryones minds right now is of course the sixers
BARKLEY- Damn straight
MAGIC- As well as there winning ways, Iverson is ranked 2nd in the points per game standings with 34.0 ppg just behind shaq who is chipping in 34.2 ppg.
KENNY- He's also ranked 1st in the assists per game standings with 10.3 just above another Heat player Dwane Wade.
MAGIC- And to top it off hes leading the league in free throws made with 55 and steals per game with a massive 5.65 just above AI2 whos ripping off 2.89 players a game making the sixers the best back cort defence in the league.
BARKLEY- Their Inside defence isnt too bad either as Sam-Dam leads the league with an Amazing 5 rejections a game and is 6th in the league for rpg with 13.9 boards.
MAGIC- With all this it's no surprise the Sixers are top of the entire league standings with an 8-1 record just above, no surprise Miami Heat. The Sixers face the Heat tomorrow after they just sweaped the raptors for the rest of this month, match report soon, Im sure the Miama vs. 76ers game is going to be some highlight material as well as a preview of the eastern conference finals if the Pistons dont beat the Heat agiain. Thats us for tonight bye
