Excel is the only program that I can think of atm, but that graph above looked like it was made with MS Paint.

It's just the skin though, I like it because of the object dock. I think it looks nifty.

It's a nice skin; it looks a lot like the Mac OS/X skin, though I personally like the Macs one better

Yeah, you can download those too, but I like this one. It suits my personality more than the Mac one does, that's too...well colourful for my liking. I like the usage of black/blue in this skin.

The Windows Media Player skin is nifty too.
