It's not an accident actually. There's a trick to do this on certain. I forgot what it was exactly though.

I think the trick was to get many people (webpages) to associate the word "failure" to a link, and Google will index the most popular link for that search.

It jus takes u to the first link when you press search.

I guess the button opens a site up, instead of giving all the links matching you search. I just searched wisdom_kid and my profile on dotorg came up.
