only metal gear game i ever played was sons of liberty . i liked it alot but i beat it in like 4 days on normal . pretty short game.

I like it, but even though I do like it, I feel it is overrated. Splinter Cell is much better in my opinion. I don't like how they have these bosses. You suddenly move from Stealth action to something entirely different. It just feels odd..

I do. last game I played was mgs2 though coz I don't have a console. one of my favorite franchises ever. The first MGS is still my top fave game of all time

One of my favorite game franchise since the NES days up to now. I like MGS more than SC because MGS doesn't have a dull moment. Stealth and action combination alike and in-game cutscenes are the best seen in video games. Boss fights here are really cool in my opinion, because you have to do a certain strategies with each boss fight.

I have MGS3, not substance or w/e, but its fun, doesnt seem too shorts nor too long. Havnt beat it yet, i accidentally deleted my save game file and now gotta start all over.

Solid Snake's the bomb.
But i prefer playing as Sam Fisher now.

I may try the new one out, rent it

i have mgs3, but the disc is scratched. I know people really like this game, but i dont know why i just cant get into it, but probably just because i suck major ass at it.

Fisher? Is it the camera in metal gear? Substance will have a camera like Splinter Cell in Substance.

Sam Fisher = Main character in Splinter Cell.

I still haven't got a console to play MGS3 on!

I hope I can afford a PS3 when it comes out. the I'll be able to play the PS2 games I missed out on and play all the cool new games of course
