Nice win man. Congrats on your milestone too. I would try getting another C. Reggie Evans is a beast on rebounds but too small to be a centre. Maybe trade one of your many PFs on your team.

GAME RECAP

In the first quarter the Bobcats got to an early start and had a 7 ponit lead. The 2nd quarter was even worse for the Sonics. They couldn't score inside shots, and tried a lot of mid range jumpers and outside shots. There were some makes, but mostly misses. Bob Weiss couldn't take that anymore and called a time out. After T.O. they started to play a little better. As the buzzer at the half sounded the Sonics were losing by 8. I the 3rd quarter the Sonics got really close cutting the lead to 4. The 'Cats were expecting great things from Okafor, but in the 3rd quarter the Sonics doubled teamed him a lot and he only scored 4 points. In the 4th the Sonics took the lead 81-80 at about 5 minute mark. The Bobcats tried to come back, but the Sonics hit all of the intentional fouls and won.

GAME RECAP

The 1st quarter was tough for the Sonics. They got off to a bad start, but started playing better. In the 2nd the sonics had a lead by about 6. Lewis was playing outstanding for the Sonics in the 2nd. He made 2 3 pointers in a row. After the break the Spurs started catching up. As the 3rd quarter ended the game was very close. In the 4th quarter the Sonics were playing outstanding. Bowen's 1on1 defense didn't help much. Lewis drived past him like Bruce was a rock. Vlad Radmanovic was very good on defense with 10 rebounds, but got injured in 4th quarter. At 13 secs mark the Sonics were winning 110-111 after Lewis knocked down a mid ranger. The Spurs called T.O. They passed the ball inside to Duncan, but Reggie Evans made Duncan shoot a bad shot and Collison got the rebound. They fouled him right away, but Nick made both free throws with 5 secs remaining. Duncan took 3 pointer and missed. Great Pre Season finish for the Sonics!!!

GAME RECAP

1st Quarter

The Sonics started off very well with 8-0 scoring run. But the Memphis wasn't ready to give up. They started making a lot of inside and mid range shots and tied the game at one point. Rashard Lewis was awesome in the 1st . He put on the board 16 points. The Grizzs were hoping to get some baskets from Mike Miller, but he made only 1 three pointer in the 1st. As the 1st quarter ended the Sonics lead 28-25.

2nd Quarter

The second quarter wasn't very high scoring. Both teams had a drought for about 3 minutes. Ray Allen's way-behind-from-three-point-linemade the crowd give a one big OOOOOHHHHH with disappointment. Vladimir Radmanovic was playing outstanding too. He pulled down 9 reboundsin the 2nd. At the end of the 2nd quarter Grizzs cut the Sonics lead to 5.

Players at the Half

3rd Quarter

The 3rd quarter wasn't much of highlight. Both teams scored, both played defense. The Grizzs at one point were leading by 1, but Sonics' offense made Grizzs pay. As both teams headed to their benches, a tough task lay in front of Grizzlies, which were trailing by 9 at the end of the 3rd.

4th Quarter

The 4th quarter was very interesting. The Grizzs were closing in at about 2 minute mark. The Sonics didn't want to give them the easy win and battled. At 27.8 secs the Sonics were leading by 2, 111-109. Grizzlies called a time out and passed it to Miller. He went for a three which bounced off the rim and Radmanovic caught it. They quickly fouled him and he made both. The Grizzlies gave it to Battier and he made the mid ranger. Sonics gave the ball to Ridnour, he got fouled and made both FT. Wright scored a 2 with 1 sec left, but Memphis wasn't able to foul Ridnour.
