Isaiah214, it looks greatttt, but I can't read it. You should crop out most of the grey outlining area. I left it there so you would have lots of room to work with, but for presentation it's better to crop it all out.

Looks like good articles and I wanna read em!

Ur layout looks really good.

Kenny Smith: The NBA and the Cities Special Events committees haven't really finalized the deal yet, which makes the 30th the tentative date.

BRYANT CLEARED TO PLAY, LAKERS WIN PRESEASON GAME

Image

Kobe Bryant posted 48 points, 6 rebounds and 2 steals as he led the Los Angeles Lakers to an 86-71 win over the Los Angeles Clippers. The final score tells nothing about how the game was. It was a tight game throughout, until the Lakers pulled away in the 4th quarter. The Lakers were up 73-71 after a Clippers turnover for an Odom fastbreak dunk. On the next possesion, Sam Cassell turned the ball over as he threw away a pass. Bryant drilled a 3-pointer to make it 76-71, and it was a cruise from there. The Clippers tried to rally back, but Kwame Brown blocked two layup attempts by Corey Maggette and Elton Brand to keep the Clips at bay.

BEFORE THE DYNASTY STARTS:
-INDIVIDUAL PRACTICES
-SCRIMMAGES (Team Bryant vs. Team Odom)

Sun Oct 09, 2005 1:13 am

The Los Angeles Lakers are going to hold an open-door scrimmage at Staples Center, where anyone from anywhere could come inside Staples Center to witness the Lakers. This game will feature Team Bryant (wearing black) vs. Team Odom (wearing white).

Coach Phil Jackson divided the 12-man roster, or the active players, into 2 groups of 6, making up the two teams.

These scrimmage games will probably decide who will be on the team thiscoming season. This will be the 1st of 3 scrimmage games to be held at Staples Center.

lineups:
TEAM ODOM (WHITE)
Chris Mihm
Kwame Brown
Lamar Odom
Jumaine Jones
Aaron McKie
sub:
Brian Cook

TEAM BRYANT (BLACK)
Andrew Bynum
Devean George
Luke Walton
Kobe Bryant
Von Wafer
sub:
Sasha Vujacic

Odom's team cruises over Bryant's team

To gear up for the regular season, aside from playing preseason games, the Los Angeles Lakers will hold scrimmage games featuring the players from the active roster. The first game was held yesterday, as Lamar Odom's White Team defeated Kobe Bryant's Black Team, 75-64. Bryant scored 34 points and even though it's called Odom's team, Aaron McKie was the one who led the way with 24 points for the White Team. Though the Black Team was filled with youngsters such as Andrew Bynum, Von Wafer and Sasha Vujacic, they were able to put up impressive numbers.

Vujacic, Wafer and McKie are all trying to get the starting point guard job or to just make the roster.
