Is the pain localized or is it spread throughout the whole thigh?

:arrow: If it is localized, it could be a "micro-tear" (man, I'm having a lot of trouble translating medical terms, I'm sorry) of your muscle, and you need to cease sporting activities immediately.

:arrow: If it is a general ache, you should rest and put a hot compress for the muscle to relax. Also some of those medicinal rubs for athletes, (read: methyl salicylate or ibuprofen [I had to look those up in English you bastard, it took a while :x ]) will help. (Y)

Was it playing basketball or soccer? :P

it was just basketball. i havent played soccer in 3 years. yeah thanks i'll take advice 2. i also felt this pain after the boxing match. maybe it was due to not stretching during games or strenous activities :x

thats too bad. it's my routine/custom not to stretch during games. may it be soccer or basketball. oh well since i have aged a bit i might as well stretch startin tonight. i have a game. the pain is still there. i might as well taped it or spray salonpas on it. (Y)

Riot,

Ive actually been rather interested in joining the Army (australian) for the last few years, not for the patriotic thing, but the money side of things. Here, pretty much all you need to buy is toiletries, and therefore its an easy way to earn money, great way to stay fit and learn a heap of new shit too.

But lately, im looking at an electrition apprenticeship, so i may have to join as that.

I know the solution. LUCK, LOVE has less letters than KNOWLEDGE, HARD WORK (which is two words by the way) and ATTITUDE. Thus making the values less. For instance, COOLMAC is 62%.
