arroyo + dupree = 87-rated joe johnson? looks like the trade AI is still letting very good players go for two mildly useful role players.

Good luck with your dynasty. Can you trade Hunter + mcdyess + Darko for LeBron or Kobe?

I was asking was ur first graphic a webpage. Like how in other dynasties they have tvshows, newspaper, and magazines. The graphic you had kinda looks like a webpage, in terms of design. I like it a lot, was wondering if that was the direction you were going.

Game 5 - Detroit vs Dallas

Box Scores - Detroit
Box Scores - Dallas

After coming off a nice win against the Kings, Detroit was looking to tie a few wins together to get their season going.

6min Quarters - on Superstar

Final Score:
Dallas:18 20 21 22 / 81
Detroit: 14 12 17 17 / 60

First Quarter
Early on the Pistons were struggling in offence, missing a lot of shots, but luckily, so was Dallas. Both teams started cold from the field, allowing each team to slowly regain their composure and start to play.
Rasheed was excellent on the offensive boards, putting up some nice shots from under the ring, whilst Hamilton was doing a great job on the fast breaks.
Dampier was a highlight for Dallas in the first, Rasheed was good for the Pistons.

Second Quarter
With another bad start, this time because of terrible passing (and shooting, however) Detroit had missed 5 shots, ending up with 0% for the quarter.
Once the cold-hands warmed up, it was goal for goal, with Detroit struggling to make up the defecit. Maggette had a good quarter, and Rasheed and Big Ben combined to score 8 points.
Terry was a star for Dallas, scoring 9 points in the quarter.

Third Quarter
Finally, a good start to a quarter. This time it was an ally-oop to Prince off the fast break. Campbell was on fire, with 2 goals in 20 seconds, Maggette helping the team out with three assists early on.
Just when Detroit was gathering momentum, looking to snatch the lead, Terry hit from outside the perimetre to stop Detroit in their tracks. The Pistons played terribly in defence, Johnson was horrible.
Maggette played well again in this quarter, with some nice dunks to lift the team spirits, and Marquis Daniels from Dallas was injured, and out for the game.
In the third, each Pistons goal was answered by two Mavericks, Johnson was completely useless and it seemed all was lost.

Fourth Quarter
Johnson started well, but it was too little, too late. Jason Terry was killing Detroit, amassing 27 points, still with 2 and ahalf minutes left in the game.
With 2 minutes to go, and down by such an impossible margin, the Pistons gave up and sent te bench-warmers on for some gametime. Hunter did well, stealing and combining with McDyess.

This loss brough the season to 2-3, next game is at Boston, and a must win.

Game 6 - Detroit vs Boston

Box Scores - Detroit
Box Scores - Boston

6min Quarters - on Superstar

Final Score:
Boston: 12 25 12 32 / 80
Detroit: 28 30 26 30 / 114

This match was definately a must win to prove that Detroit can do it, after last matches dismal performance.

First Quarter
Maggette had a great start offensively, with Rasheed excellent in defence. Paul Pierce was a main concern coming into this game, but Tayshaun Prince was doing a great job on him early, blocking his shots in the last line of defence.
Four consecutive shots put the Pistons out to an early lead, only to be matched by Boston, getting two 3-point plays in succession.
Joe Johnson was good on West, with some important steals stopping their would-be fast breaks. Detroit played some fantastic defence, putting immense pressure on Celtics to make shots, and they ended up with 5 missed shots in a row, and FG% of only 0.25 for the quarter.
Johnson lead Detroits game, with 7 points 3 assists and 4 steals. Ben was also great, with 11 points and 3 rebounds. There were no standouts for Celtics.

Second Quarter
Boston started well, with another two 3-point plays, a result of the bench-warmers put on to rest the starters. This poor performance called for changes to be made, so time outs were called to rest Johnson and get him out again, ASAP.
He immediately made a difference, getting fouled from outside and going to the line for 3, and making them all.
McDyess was good in offence, matched by Ray Allen for Celtics who played well.
Hunter was a standout, with 6 points, 3 steals and 2 assists in the last 90 seconds.

Third Quarter
With Hunters great finish to the second, he started and continued his form, shooting and stealing well. Milicic (at centre) and Rasheed combined well in offence and defence, quite a formidable team. Maggette made a stylish behind the head ally-oop to Rasheed.
Joe Johnson had finally hit his shot, making 5 from 6 outside so far in the game. Rebounding was bad for Detroit, Ray Allen making an impact for Boston.
Fouling was bad for the Pistons, with Boston making their 6th 3-point play for the game!
Brian Scalabrine injured his arm, and would be out for the game after fouling Prince while dunking.
Rasheed once again starred for Detroit that quarter, with 7 points and 4 rebounds, no one stepped up on the stat-sheet for Boston, though Ray Allen was playing well.

Fourth Quarter
Johnson was on fire in this quarter, amassing 14 points, 4 steals and even a block. The two Wallaces were great in defence, though Rasheed was bad in offence. Maggette once again did excellent in offence.
Boston finally had a standout player, in West, who scored 9 points and snatched a steal. Whilst Davis was good, Pierce was rendered useless by Prince.

This win evened the Pistons season to 3-3, with their next game at Denver.

Game 7 - Detroit vs Denver

Box Scores - Detroit
Box Scores - Denver

6min Quarters - on Superstar

Final Score:
Denver: 20 18 12 23 / 73
Detroit: 22 12 22 16 / 72

Detroit has been consistently inconsistent, not being able to rack up two wins in a row. Hopefully this will soon change.

First Quarter

Johnson started well, shooting all of Detroits points early, only to be matched by Miller, who was driving through the lane like he was an F1. Miller finished the quarter with 8 points and 1 steal. Johnson was able to put some pressure on him, slowing him down with some nice steals, and Prince once again did a good job on the young star, Carmelo Anthony.
Rasheed Wallace was a monster on the boards, racking up 7 of them, as well as 7 points and a block. Late in the quarter, Prince made a 3-point play to give Detroit the lead into the break.
Joe Johnson was good all quarter, with 9 points, 2 assists and 3 steals.

Second Quarter
Ben started with an inspiring block on Melo, combining well with Hamiltons dunking and assists. Carmelo was on fire with some nice mid-range jumpers, and the pressure on Detroit forced them into bad shots, hitting only 0.283% for the quarter, Elden Campbell was terrible.

Third Quarter
Maggette stepped up as he has shown he can do so often, and slammed home an awe-inspiring dunk over Anthony. The Wallaces once again proving to be a force to be reckoned with in defence, blocking shots and putting pressure on the Nuggets to score.
Ben was also excellent in offence, scoring a goal then intercepting the throw in, and dunking that home as well, he was fouled doing it, however missed the shot. Prince grabbed the offensive board , as he did so well in the quarter, and was fouled going for the shot. This turned Bens single dunk into a 6 point play. Prince was not only good on the offensive boards, but also great on Anthony, keeping him relatively quiet with some great blocks. Prince had a good quarter, scoring 4 points , 3 rebounds and 2 blocks on Melo. Milicic was also excellent, getting 6 points and 5 rebounds in only 4 minutes.

Fourth Quarter
Detroit was putting alot of pressure on Denver in defence, forcing bad shots, as well as the Maggette/Prince double team on Anthony, shutting him down.
Johnson did well, snatching some critical steals and hitting a 3-pointer to give Detroit a 6 point lead with 2minutes left.
Milicic was playing a great game, with 9 points and 9 rebounds, and was left on reguardless of how tired he was.
With only 1minute and 17seconds left, the scores were level, until Joe Johnson hit a huge 3-pointer.
The Nuggets then played great in offence and defence, rendering Detroit scoreless for the last minute, as well as scoring the next two goals to win by just one-point.

This gives the Pistons a season tally of 3 wins and 4 losses, with the next game at Milwauke.

Game 8 - Detroit vs Milwaukee

Box Scores - Detroit
Box Scores - Milwaukee

6min Quarters - on Superstar

Final Score:
Milwauke: 20 23 17 20 / 80
Detroit: 20 20 20 28 / 88

Coming off a dissapointing loss to Denver, the teams spirits are down, and will have to rise to beat Milwauke.

First Quarter
Not much exciting happened in the first, however Detroit started terribly with 4 consecutive missed shots, until Ben slammed a dunk down.
Johnson followed with some nice steals resulting in dunks, and all points in the first were from inside or the charity stripe.
Milicic was good posting up inside.

Second Quarter
Johnson started with some nice steals resulting in goals, and Detroit was outstanding in offensive boards. Maggette was once again flying high with some huge dunks.
Bogut was good against the Pistons, grabbing some nice boards and scoring 6 points in the quarter.
Detroit displayed excellent defensive pressure, hitting four blocks in succession, from Johnson and 3 from the Wallaces, reguardless, Milwauke outscored Detroit in the quarter, Ford chipped in with 9 points.

Third Quarter
Fast breaks were Detroits friend once again, as Hunter pinpointed team-mates in 2-on-1 situations to assist in the goal, and grab the lead early. This trend continued, with Detroit scoring 10 points in 90 seconds off fast breaks, set up by Milicic blocking or rebounding in defence. Maggette did a good job replacing Prince at SF, while Pistons went on to get 7 consecutive goals, and a quarter fg% of 100. Big Ben helped in offence, and was simply too strong for Milwauke's rookie centre, Bogut.
This was opposite to the Bucks, missing 4 in a row and getting only 0.233% for the quarter. Johnson lead the pressure, and ending the quarter in trouble with 5 fouls.

Fourth Quarter
After a crazy 8-0 run to the Pistons, Bogut slowed the momentum getting two goals for the Bucks, only to be answered by Johnson, who made a 3-pointer.
Quick passing up the court, and keeping the game moving, suited the Pistons playing style, allowing them to keep the paint open and scoring was much easier for their strong forwards in Ben and Rasheed.
Rasheed was awesome in the last, with 12 points and 2 rebounds and blocks.
Bogut and Redd lead the Bucks, with 4 and 6 points respectively.

Season score for Detroit is now 4-4, next game is at Charlotte.

Game 9 - Detroit vs Charlotte

Box Scores - Detroit
Box Scores - Charlotte

6min Quarters - on Superstar

Final Score:
Charlotte: 20 17 15 21/ 73
Detroit: 22 25 17 18 / 82

This game was played in space, or somewhere without gravity at least. There were huge dunkson both sides, in a game Detroit needed to win.

First Quarter
Joe Johnson started well, stealing and then following up with a dunk twice in a row, but the Bobcats responded well, and were killing the Pistons in offensive boards. Luckily for Detroit, they were shooting well and were able to keep the lead.
Bad passing and bad fouls meant the Bobcats could catch up, and get some 3-point plays.
Ben Wallace was good with 8 points and 4 rebounds, and Johnson had 7 points and 2 steals.
For Charlotte, Okafor showed why he was rookie of the year, getting 5 points, 3 rebounds and 2 blocks in the quarter.

Second Quarter
Detroit started the quarter with a 13-2 scoring run, with alot of help from Johnson who was on fire, dunking and shooting from outside.
Okafor responded well with 5 points in 30 seconds, but was eventually stopped by Rasheed with 2 nice blocks.
Once again, Detroit showed that they like the fast play, scoring alot of points off the fast-break, trying to keep the game moving to open up the key. This picture demonstrates a 3-on-1, and an easy goal for Detroit.
Rasheed scored 6 points and 4 blocksfor the quarter, Emeka racked up 7 points to lead the Cats.

Third Quarter
The Pistons started extremely well in defence with 4 blocks and 5 steals, in particular Prince, who made some nice steals and blocked some shots down low. The commentator summed it up nicely, "Detroit are playing great defence, and ending up with transition baskets at the other end."
This was a defensive quarter, Ben made 4 blocks and 2 steals, Johnson with 3 steals.
R. Felton for Charlotte had 9 points and 2 rebounds.

Fourth Quarter
Johnson started the quarter in trouble on four fouls, and more team fouls send the Bobcats to the line on numerous occasions for easy baskets.
Maggette had left his gravity at home tonight, sending down a glass-breaking dunk from way out. It started outside the key, had heaps of air and was finished with punctuation. He didnt need to be told how good it was, it was highlight material.
Rasheed was able to penetrate the key to find easy shots, ending the quarter with 7 points and 2 blocks. Ben had 4 blocks and rebounds, Johnson 3 points and steals.
Okafor had another great quarter, with 8 points and 4 rebounds, and Rush had a good quarter with 9 points.

This win marked the first time Detroit had 2 wins in a row, bringing the season to 5-4. Next game is vs. Lakers.
