Technical Fouls for Players?

I was just wondering if anyone know or experienced technically fouls for a player in the game. im not talking about calling timeout when u have none left, but an actaul technical foul or flagrant fouls that happeend to u or that u know has happend. and how do u get a technical foul if u could?
