that said I can well imagine there are a lot of fucktards who have nfi about nething and buy large capacity devices because they don't know any better..

as the owner of a 60gb ipod I felt the need to defend myself..

I wouldn't get anything under 30 gig. I've got 8gig on my PC and over 100 CD's so I'd need it. I think the only people who should come under the fucking idiot tag would be like 15 year olds who have 20 or so songs on a 60 gig iPod.

so.. as someone who has used it to transport NBA games, it's inconceivable that someone would want to transport a full season of their favourite team's games

Not really, USB2.0 is fast enough to make it easy to share. And quite fast aswell.

a.) i apologize for not being currently up to date technologically and checking out www.ipod.com constantly for new, stupid shit that comes out every fucking week. what the hell are you going to do with pictures in an ipod anyways? what the hell ever happened to a fucking digital camera?

b.) as the owner of a 60gb ipod I felt the need to defend myself.. 60 gigs.. lets see, assuming that every song is 5 mb, you're telling me you have 300,000 songs to your disposal? you're telling me you listen to all of that shit? I use it as a secondary storage.. sometimes I need a more hdd space or I want to backup quickly without having to burn to multiple dvds..

I reformatted my sisters computer recently, I didn't have space on my hdds so I dumped her files onto my ipod and put them back after install

I honestly haven't used the photo functionality.. what I was trying to play up in my previous post was the mobile hdd thing..

I don't want to get into a mud slinging match and I probably shouldn't have called you a fucking idiot.. I'm sayin that I personally have found uses for my 60gb ipod
