New 2Pac sig:
I'm not really feeling it but I posted it here anyways, give me your comments and suggestions
Sun Sep 11, 2005 7:29 am
I'm not really feeling it either. Maybe put some colour back into the pic.
Sun Sep 11, 2005 8:05 am
use different brushes...and put a border on it

2Pac V2:
Any comments or suggestions?
Sun Sep 11, 2005 9:32 am
better than version 1
Sun Sep 11, 2005 11:04 am
Looks better, but not sure about the blue behind his head. I would recommend a border (black line) around the sig. You're improving in your type selections, but it might look better if the 'L' was a little bit further away from Pac's face. Other than that, it's good
Sun Sep 11, 2005 12:24 pm
K, thanks Cy, I'll fix that tomorrow...
Hey, I just saw what you wrote about Puff Daddy

I don't know why, it makes me laugh... But I want to see that motherfucker dead, 'cos I'm sure it was him that organized the death of 2Pac, I mean, I'm not sure, nobody can (we don't even know if 2Pac is dead or alive) but, I dunno, I'm feeling it was him or maybe Notorious B.I.G.
(Please Puff Daddy, P.Diddy, Diddy, Dink or P.D. fans don't reply to this!)

Now on topic: I made another sig of 2Pac:
What do you think
Mon Sep 12, 2005 10:19 am
Outer glow in 2Pac looks bad. All Eyez On Me text doesn't fit. And your Pac pic is too yellow, use the channel mixer to fix that.
Mon Sep 12, 2005 10:38 am
the 2pac font is great, maybe for the all eyez on me you can put that same font

Thanks for the comment Colin, that may be because I put the pic's layer below the Color Balance... I'll fix that
For the "All Eyes On Me" text: can you give me a suggestion on what type of font I have to choose?
Mon Sep 12, 2005 1:36 pm
I actually like the yellow on pac, but not the yellow outer glow. To make the yellow on his face successful though, you should have a bit of yellow either in the background or text. I don't know, I think the "All eyes on me" text is fine, but maybe Colin can explain what might work better.
Mon Sep 12, 2005 8:45 pm
The problem is: I put Pac's pic under the Color Balance and when I make the glow it comes up yellow...
Btw here's my fixed version (I changed the font, and I put the Pac's pic above the Color Balance, so the glow is not yellow):

Here's my first try at jersey switching, AI in a Celtics uniform

:
What do u think??
Wed Sep 28, 2005 12:09 am
the name and number look fake, though i wouldnt know how to fix that because ive never tried a jersey switch....other than that good job
Wed Sep 28, 2005 12:12 am
Not bad job you done there
Whats with the other ball in the top left?
Wed Sep 28, 2005 4:24 am
Thanks for the comments and for the other picture:
Lol, I worked on an AI wall, it had 2 pictures and so that's AI
Also zmac, as GOAT said, you know how to fix the number and script thing, to make them more realistic??
Wed Sep 28, 2005 2:18 pm
Im not sure what you would do for that, with my switches, they have all been for Sigs, so that when I make it small enough for the sig, you cant tell whether the number looks fake or not.
The only thing I could think of, would be maybe Duplicating the TeamName and Number, and Overlay the bottom ones, and soft light/overlay/hard light the top ones, which ever looks best....
But, I dunno, thats just a maybe.

Ok, thanks I'll try that... Btw I made a new switch: KG in a Cavs jersey:
I'm still a rookie with switches and with photoshop so it didn't came up like zmac's or c0nr4d's (I think I'll never be as good as they are)
What do u think?

Thanks for the comments(Y)
Whos the player behind him wearing a Garnett Jersey?
The main giveaway is the logo...go to Chriscreamer.com and get the cavaliers logo/writing from there and then put it on the Jersey...
-Duplicate the logo layer.
-Then set the top one to overlay or soft light.
-Press ctrl+shift + u to the bottom layer to make it desaturated...that comes up good for me!
Apart from that it looks good.
Thu Sep 29, 2005 2:46 am
I fixed it...hope it looks better.
The player behind KG in the photo is Garrett, #22 of the Timberwolves in 2001
Thu Sep 29, 2005 10:57 am

could you tell me how did you put the logo with the same texture and how did you made the color of the stripe with same texture, and the number, this is all i want to know

That's almost all he did, too. There's not so much to a jersey switch.
Pretty good switch, I just don't like how it is kind of blurry at the borders of the jersey.
Thu Sep 29, 2005 10:20 pm
Thanks for the comments... I think it's blurry at the borders because I used smudge tool.

I was going to say that
Nice work on the jersey switch. Even though it's not flawless, it's better than what I've seen so far!
