Speakin of season 2, has anyone seen the bit in the ep where Ryan is driving Lyndsay to the 'girls night out' thing at marissa's and he is telling her how Marissa and him met. Did anyone notice when he is sayin that a faint movie thing comes up on the car windshield?

Reunion was sooo bad. I saw the first 10 minutes of it. Three more hours until my OC Party. Yeh that's right, 25 people that get together and watch The OC.

sooo, marissa's dead. i started to hate her character since the middle of season 2 but seeing her go this way kinda sucked. they should've just let her go do the boating shit and come back in the distant future (jessica biel in 7th heaven) if the opportunity ever presented itself. i wonder what they're gonna do with ryan now since i've always thought him and marissa were going to end up together eventually -- although i was sick of them breaking up and getting back together constantly. ultimately, the first half of the season was a complete letdown but it definitely picked up after the 16-17 episodes. the playoffs and season finale cliff hangers aren't good for my heart

EDIT: it got bumped big time, no wonder i havn't seen it before

the finale revolved around graduation. i'll try to make this short. the day of graduation, marissa got a letter from her dad asking her if she wanted to go work with him on a boat for a year and she agreed. meanwhile, her ex-boyfriend (volchek) blackmailed ryan saying that if he didn't provide him with the money to leave town (volchek stole a car), then he was going to tell his mom (dawn, not kirsten) what happened. volchek also told marissa so immediately she got thrown into this as well. eventually, ryan got the money and paid volchek off but volchek insisted that it was not over, saying that he wanted to see marissa for one last time. ryan pretty much told him to fuck off. that night, ryan, summer, seth and marissa hung out at the model home one more time before marissa's departure. after everyone said their goodbyes, ryan started to drive marissa to the airport. unknowingly though, volchek followed them. he was drunk, and he subsequently ran the car that ryan was driving off a hill. ryan pulled the unconscious marissa out. as she was laying in his arms, he told her he was going to get help but she told him to not to leave her. that's when she died in his arms

wow i didn't ecpect that-ex bf volchek.....nope cant remember him.
