My Phoenix Suns Dynasty is so that ill be playin 3 most exciting games of each month, intervening the rest. Quarters will be 9 minutes. I will be telling the recap of everything including transactions, awards and regular season & playoff action. Let's roll.
Opening night was vs. hawks at our home my suns won by 22 or something. Then we packed our things and went to a 4-game east trip.
1st game i played was at Sixers i torched them 132 - 96 as Steve Nash went for 36 points. Next up my suns won at New Jersey, then defeating bulls and cavs respectively. Home sweet home, as my suns rolled on the sacto kings who also went 5 - 0 in the regular season. Next up will be the Mavericks aka Steve Nash's old fellas.
INJURIES: None occurred
TRANSACTIONS: None for suns; Bobcats waived Theron Smith, Knicks waived Bruno Sundov.
TRADE RUMOURS: Well im lookin to add a good center and ill be trading q-rich i think. I also have one eye on Bucks' Michael Redd i think i can use Joe Johnson and Leandro Barbosa there. I am also interested in Kyle Korver and free agent big man Karl Malone.

Good luck. Good to see a Suns Dynasty. We surprisingly haven't had many of them lately. :|

PHX 4ever: Tha Dynasty..Mid-December Action 2004

Postby PHX4ever on Sun Sep 04, 2005 6:05 am

As i process i am facing difficulties in regular season. Thru mid-december my suns are 17-6, with the most exciting game in this month being the one at Seattle where i lost in regulation and the score was at 120s.
Looking back to november, i could defeat mavericks after the kings game. But i suffered first loss of season when i faced the hornets and my suns went for a 12-2 record in november. They are 5-4 in first 9 games of december. Next up is Wizards who will come into town. See you next time!
INJURIES: Except minor injuries, Amare Stoudemire was injured and will be not playing 8 days or so.(He averages nearly 20 pts & 12 rebs)
TRANSACTIONS: I traded Yuta Tabuse and Jackson Vroman to Sixers for Kyle Korver. Prior to that, Sixers waived Josh Davis. My main trade in december was that i sent Joe Johnson, Leandro Barbosa and Zarko Cabarkapa to Bucks for Michael Redd and Daniel Santiago. My cap room
is around 5 million$. Michael Redd scored 37 points in that exciting Seattle game above.
TRADE RUMOURS: I am seriously thinking of trading Q-Rich to Bulls. I can use Casey Jacobsen as well to acquire Tyson Chandler & place him to center position. I am also thinking of acquiring rookie guard Chris Duhon in that trade. Finally, as soon as the cap room is suited, i will sign Karl Malone who can provide inside presence off the bench.

Welcome back to NBA action! We will look back as the late-december games got under way.
After the demoralizing Sonics loss Washington Wizards came into town.
2 things were to talk about. First, Steven Hunter who replaced the injured Amare was amazing and probably played his career game as he scored 12 pts 20 rebs 5 ass 4 blk and some steals. Second, my guys shot amazing from downtown (21 of 57 3pt attempts, 44 percent).
INJURIES: Amare recovery! He will start at Spurs; no other injuries
TRANSACTIONS: In a 3-team deal i sent Casey Jacobsen and Jake Voskuhl to Denver for Nene; then i sent Nene to Chicago for Chris Duhon
who i really wanted in my team. İ also signed Karl Malone from the free agent market. Q-Rich deal is pending because of cap room problems of Bulls for which i couldnt find a solution. (Chandler has around 5 mil contract, Q has 7.5 mil)
TRADE RUMOURS: With the Bulls deal pending, i think i will get rid of Maciej Lampe and Paul Shirley. Maybe i will sign some other free agents.
NOTES: 1) I am using opening night rosters.
2) Of the 3 games each month, 2 are vs. west teams and one
vs. east teams. I usually choose the exciting and tough ones
3) 2005 Draft is predicted to be very good, lets see if i can find
some diamonds as the later picks.
4) My roster towards the end of December 2004:

Starting Lineup: G Steve Nash, G Michael Redd, F Quentin
Richardson, F Shawn Marion, C Amare Stoudamire

Bench: G Chris Duhon, G/F Kyle Korver, F Maciej Lampe,
F Paul Shirley, F Karl Malone, F/C Steven Hunter, C Daniel
Santiago
