The Spanish thread

Well heres a thread for us latino's here on the board . Anyways post what country you or your parents are from , post your thoughts on spanish things and wat not , and talk about spanish music . Lemme start off by saying that I am dominican , my parents were born there i was born in NY. I like spanish music , not reaggeton , but everything else is fine for me. my favorite song is "Perdoname La Vida" - Los Torros Band.Thats it for now , hopefully this thread can be successful.

I was born in Canada.. raised in Canada.. but my nationality is Persian.. my folks were born in Iran.

Hmm Spanish? I'd love to learn spanish one day.. and I dont think I ever actually had any spanish food.. and also dont recall running with the bulls either.

I was born in Argentina. My parents are from Argentina as well. I came to the USA four years ago when I was 11 (I'm 15). I like a lot of Spanish music. I dont really have a favorite song. I miss my country so much.....*sniff*

I was born in Chile, lived in Florida for 4 years then came back and pretty much spent my entire life down here. I don't have a favorite spanish song, really, I like a lot.

No me imaginaba que Doobie fuera latino AJAJ que sorpresa me llevé...

Yo no hablo espanol tan bueno , pero yo se hablar un poquito . es una sorpresa pero que digo . Anyways , what kind of food do you people eat down in argentina and chile . its stereotypical but true , dominicans only eat platanos . all our meals somehow haave to do with platanos , whether its on the side or the main course , we always have our platano.

Me encantan las pechugas! Yo estudiaba el idioma cuatro anos pasados pero no me gusta... porque mis notas no eran muy buenas... Hay muchas hispanohablantes en Tejas y yo pensaba que es necesario estudiar espanol pero ahora, pienso que los hispanohablantes necesitan estudiar ingles :evil:

Typical chilean dishes are "empanadas" which are like dough with onion and meat insede, very "ricas".
