the only thing that is randomn is the draft order, which the site determines, not the commish

once the draft order is determined, the site automatically picks the highest ranked players according to everyone's draft rankings list.

IE:
the first 4 guys on my draft list are-
1. priest holmes
2. l tomlinson
3. t owens
4. payton manning

say my team is picking 2nd. when it comes to my team's turn to pick, it will select priest holmes, if he's still available. if he's not, the site moves on to the next highest ranked person on my list, in this case L tomlinson. and so forth if he's already taken

you have the option of using yahoo's default rankings or you can edit it however you want.

btw- the draft is done in "snake" style, meaning the order goes:
1st round: 1-10
2nd round: 10-1
3rd round: 1-10
etc

the sooner we find out how many are going to join, the sooner i can set up the site/have you guys check it out and edit your draft rankings

we have a nice round number now but i'll give another week for any stragglers to join....

and do you want to toggle any of the scoring point systems, add more starting positions, or add other categories (i.e fumbles, completions, pass attempts, etc. imo we really don't need those as there enough categories as is but i may as well as anyway.. same with the starting positions)

so far i only have matthew, indy, and fender's email/msn info. i'll need the rest of you guys email/msn to send out league info/discuss trades/etc. just post it here or if you don't want your email/msn made public, just PM it

if no one else registers their team, #12 could join, and that would give 10 GM, good enough to start. though i would have to delete the current league and create one for 10 teams

this is pretty disappointing. i'm excited to run this league/play fantasy fball but i'm not going to chase people to down people just to register their teams...
