Favourite NBA Book?

By the way Jae, I wouldnt take what it stands in Jordan Rules too seriously considering none of the stuff in it was actually confirmed by anyone or backed up.

the author traveled with/covered the team that year. his sources were phil jackson, horace grant, johnny bach...so pretty much people who hated krause lol. i believe all the bashing of krause. no other GM would travel with the team on the actual bus/plane or even try and hangout in the lockeroom w/ the players.

horace grant became somewhat jealous of first jordan then pippen so i take what he says with a grain of salt but still some of it must have some kind of truth behind it

this was the first instance where the media cast jordan in a negative shadow. but as jordan's career as a player/GM progressed, we saw he wasn't the perfect person he was portrayed as

i recommend this book as well as playing for keeps

also if you want to read more bulls related content, melissa isaacson had a great book covering the bulls team post jordan's 1st retirement. sorry dont remember the title but i'm sure you can find it on amazon

I'm about 1/4 through The Jordan Rules. It's pretty good, little bit boring but I guess if I was a Bulls fan I'd like it more. My personal favourite part of the book so far, is the idea of trading for Danny Ainge because he'd tell Michael to "fuck off" if he constantly demanded the ball
