Better customer support

A few weeks ago, I emailed EA Sports asking them why my game was loading slow. Apparently, the only answer they gave to me was "Try restarting your computer or re-installing" which seemed really stupid 
I didn't bother writing back. EA also needs to release bug patches when they are reported. Has anyone noticed that even though a player steps inside near the 3 Point Line and makes a shot, they are still awarded a 3 pointer (which is not so realistic at all). Those type of bugs are so annoying. All I'm saying is that EA needs to improve its damn customer support already.
